It's just a blatant disregard for us. It's crazy cause we have the text history with them telling us they will deliver on their promise. We will be making a formal complaint against this business. It's a shame since it's family owned and operated in our community. However, this is not how you treat a customer - especially who bought a car from them- and who has been extremely patient waiting for them to do the right thing. They just have opted not to!

Several of the features that were important to me and part of my purchase decision were missing. Afterward, I received conflicting explanations about what had happened, making an already frustrating situation even more disappointing. I understand that mistakes can happen. What matters is how they are handled. Rather than receiving a clear explanation and a satisfactory resolution, I felt that my concerns were minimized despite the significant inconvenience, wasted time, and disruption this caused. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for the vehicle that was originally ordered. After more than five weeks of waiting, being told the car was ready, and then learning it was not the correct vehicle, I am now facing additional delays while continuing to wait for the vehicle I agreed to purchase.
