They lied about the vehicle they sold me, the extended warranty wasn't covered on the preexisting damage and the carfax was doctored. I did a sneak attack and caught their mechanic using heat shrinks to fix the front end wire loom and they lied about Art Hill Ford losing my radiator cap. This place is complete garbage, and luckily I was able to get out of this situation legally. Im disabled and bought a car from these scum bags and they treated my like a couple of snake oil sales men and less then a month later the head gasket was blow and I had only drove the car about 14 to 20 times. I called them to try and resolve the issue and they told me to get a lawyer and we can handle it that way. They sold me a lemon and knew it wasn't road worthy and took advantage of a disabled guy with schizophrenia and have no remorse and have made no moves to try and make it right. They do not so business fairly. Very unprofessional. Brandin is the worst salesperson. He didn't even sit down and explain any of the loan papers that we were signing. He was up walking around and would come back just say "they're just typical loan papers." They did not give us possession of the vehicle and said they would the next day. They lied about the loan paperwork being signed and couldn't give us the vehicle. So, we found something else and now they are forcing us to take the vehicle. My daughter bought a car from these crooks not long ago. Test drive went great, the very next day all hell broke loose! All of a sudden, there was an exhaust leak, a coolant leak and all the electrical stopped working. She had it towed to them and they said they'd fix it all. After having the car for 14days they had her pick it up... Nothing was fixed. She got stranded on the road yet again.. when she went back again they threatened to call the police if she didn't leave! to keep it simple I wish that I'd listened when I was in a process of looking for cars in friends and family told me not to rush in this company proves them right. I'll start off by saying I bought a 2016 Ford edge the listed price was $17,219 I put down $2500. As I said before I was in the process of searching for a vehicle Which is insane due to the Kelley blue book value is listed between 9000 and 10,000 but long story short I'm heading to work one night. My car starts to smell like things are burning and then begins to shake pull over into the nearest parking lot to check it out. I see it's still shaking. I get back in the car in the check engine lights on the first thing I did it was called. My mother told her about it then I texted the salesman I dealt with is 10 o'clock at night so I understand that, I wasn't gonna get a response until the morning the morning comes they don't have a mechanic so I go to mechanic where I live in the car had a leak in the oil pan as well as the car was having misfires, and the fuel injector needed to be replaced, I wasn't worried too much at the time because I was told the car had a warranty I was under the impression that they would cover it or at least majority. The total came out to around $3500. The warranty company only covered $898 contact the Mainstreet Motors and they basically said there's nothing they could do for me, but " check out the fuel injector to save me some money" in my personal opinion the cars don't last long and they're overpriced like crazy read more

I purchased a 2014 f250 with according to them had been checked out and was in great condition had the car 1 day before finding out several problems ,Radio display not working,locking hub not working correctly. check engine light came on the next day,When started cold engine ticked turns out cracked exhaust manifold . So took truck to my local dealership got manifold fixed under the idea it would be covered under the warranty i bought with the truck.so far just been a big run around calls back and forth not getting any where . I went in there shopping for a car for my grandkids. I told the manager/salesman that I wanted a reliable car for the teens. He had just the thing he said and took me straight to a car that he said their mechanic had gone over and fixed anything that was wrong. They even drove it to my house for me. It took me 6 tries to get it started to take it to my mechanic. The list of repairs was 3 pages long starting with a big hole in the oil pan, a junker battery, and still the original spark plugs. Even the key fob had to be replaced. It cost me $3500.00 for the repairs and my mechanic is a friend of my late husbands and didn't even charge me full labor cost on it. I went back in there and called that manager/salesman a liar and cheat right to his face in the middle of the showroom. I discovered the only person that certifies their cars is their crappy mechanic! Some guy went into the place a few years ago when it was on the corner of Morgan and Lincolnway and shot up the place because he had been cheated. I know exactly how he felt! I had purchased the warranty on the car from them only to discover the warranty didn't cover any prior repairs needed, just new problems unrelated to old problems. I had to go through a lot of paperwork to get my money back on that worthless piece of paper too! If you get the urge to shop at this place just shoot yourself in the foot first!
