But when I packed from my RV and flew from Cabo San Lucas to Oklahoma City, I looked at that back up pair of glasses and thought I would not need them for the five days. I'd be back in America. My glasses broke today and I can't see without them. One short Uber ride to Midtown Optical and I was surrounded by caring staff who immediately found the perfect solution and repaired my glasses.and get this they did it for free! WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED…read more I waited 4 months for them to complete work on my drone. Every week when I decided I'd waited long enough and that I would take it somewhere else, Darren would ask for another week to complete it. After 4 months he finally loaded the correct firmware...4 MONTHS. I live out of town and wanted him to ship it to me which was also taking a couple of weeks so I had an OKC friend pick it up for me. When I was finally able to inspect it, it was missing parts, one not expensive but important, and the antenna for my Walksnail Gimble Camera which is not only important but expensive as well. I'm shocked at myself that I put up with such poor service for so long only to receive an incomplete item (Damaged/Defective Merchandise). I weirdly feel like I've been getting pranked this entire time because I've never had such poor service from any product or vendor in any capacity in my life... and I'm in my 50s. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I hate the puff of air in the eye test. Then off to see Dr Corey. Been seeing him for quite some time. After the dilation (great fun) he did all the rest of the exam. Read the letters, which one is better etc. if you wear glasses or contacts you know what I mean. Everything was good. The glaucoma tests were good. No change in 12 years there which is good. Everyone was very nice and polite. Great atmosphere. Good for another year.
