On our way out of Osage Beach, MO, my eldest daughter and I wanted to grab a quick lunch before heading back on the road to our next stop. I found Twisted Tony's on Yelp. Read some great reviews on their super delicious sandwiches and amazing service. Had to come check them out. They are a small family-owned restaurant serving the community since 2021. Dine-in, take-out, and catering options are available. They even have a food truck. Menu has a variety of exquisite and elevated selection of sandwiches (see list below), salads (house, chef, spinach), sides (potato or pasta salad, mac n cheese, chili mac), chips and drinks, and kids portions. Every sandwich includes a bag of chips. Water cup is not free. 1/2 Sandwich w/ Soup or Salad BBQ Beef, Boozie Bird, Buff Bird Cajun Candied B.L.T.P., Chicken Bacon Ranch, Chicken Salad Sandwich, Cubano Gambino Italian Stallion Massive Meatball Philly Cheesesteak Shrimp Po' boy Tony's Bologna, Tony's Club, Tony's Garden, Tony's Italian Beef Twisted Rueben Voodoo Jamwich Limited free parking in front of the restaurant. Interior was clean and well kept. Atmosphere was quaint and cozy. Gabby took our order. She was super nice and friendly. Service was great. Thank you Gabby! We got two sandwiches + chips and an order of mac n cheese. I got the Tony's Club with sauce on side. OMG, what an amazing sandwich! I can taste the freshness of every ingredient. Smokiness of the turkey came through. Candied cajun bacon was yummy. The rest of the ingredients (pepperjack, garlic pepper aioli, tomato-vinaigrette, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle) complemented one another nicely. It was indeed deliciously different! My eldest daughter got the Chicken Bacon Ranch that came with smoked chicken, bacon, jalapeno, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, pepperjack, and ranch. I got to taste one bite of it. It was pretty good. Both my daughter and I approve. Side of mac n cheese was just okay. Didn't give us any WOW factor. So glad we found Twisted Tony's and got to try them on our Route 66 Centennial Celebration road trip in June 2026. Thank you for sharing your super-licious sandwiches with us. We love a good GLUTEN FREE option! cute little sandwich shop and hidden gym at lake of the ozarks! large menu with fresh lunch meat! they offer gluten free wraps that don't fall apart when you eat it! i got the voodoo jamwhich gluten free wrap that was super good although i was hoping for a little more kick! my husband got the hot tony's special sandwich and said it was fantastic! would highly recommend for a boat lunch or just craving a good sammy. read more

We got ours to go and the food was pretty good! I got the meatball and it was good but if I was there, I would have asked for a side of marinara to help with the taste. Friend got their Italian Beef and thought it was a bit greasy. She also got their French Onion soup and really liked that. The place is clean and fun inside with about 5-8 tables inside. It is right next to a adult store so careful with the kids as they have provocative outfits and toys in the windows. read more

Very friendly staff, but the wraps were extremely wet/soggy. We tried the Turkey Club, the Chicken Bacon Ranch, and the Buff Bird wraps. Aside from the absurd amount of liquid leaking from the wraps, every ingredient tasted *slightly* off and the cross section looked extremely unappetizing. We really wanted to like this place based on other reviews and patrons in line, but are now heading back to a laborious job on a mostly empty stomach. No one got through more than 2 bites of any wrap. Sad. read more

We grabbed take out for ourselves and mechanic dewinterizing our boat. There was a significant line that moved quickly. Gabbie helped us and was very polite, patient and made us feel welcome. I absolutely walking into Twisted Tony's. Everyone is so friendly!!! My go to CBR sandwich is always perfect, I've also tried the meatballs and oh wow I've been missing out. My fiance is never disappointed, anything he's tried he loves. My kids loves the mac and cheese, as well as the meatballs. I definitely recommend trying this place out. There were 4 of us and we each got a sandwich and just the bag of chips it came with because the sandwiches were just over $50 for 4 sandwiches and the sides are $4 more. We didn't get any drinks. We had 2 cubano's and 2 tony's club sandwiches. We all enjoyed the sandwiches and rate them a solid 4. We were disappointed and we weren't blow away.
