They provide all of the plastic and paperwork, the salad was delicious and the pizzas were out of this world delicious. Four pizza selections and ever single one what awesome. All of the party goers raved about how good everything tasted. They stayed for several hours and left us with the extra pizzas. The truffle complemented the mushrooms perfectly, and the crust was crispy on the outside while staying light and airy inside. The standout for me was the NY Pepperoni, Burrata & Hot Honey. The pepperoni had a great crisp, the burrata added a creamy richness, and the hot honey tied everything together with just the right amount of sweetness and heat. Every bite had a great balance of flavors. One thing worth mentioning is that while the food has always been fantastic, the pickup time estimates can be pretty inaccurate. On previous visits I've arrived based on the quoted ready time only to end up waiting significantly longer. It hasn't stopped me from coming back because the pizza is consistently worth it, but I'd recommend giving yourself a little extra time if you're ordering for pickup. Overall, outstanding pizza, quality ingredients, and flavors that keep me coming back. Just don't rely too heavily on the estimated pickup time. Highly recommended.

It was $23 for a half topping pizza that's about 20% smaller than a traditional NY pie that would cost about that. Not a giant rip off, but also just not a great deal for a small town pizzeria right off the highway... Maybe their other pizza and dishes are better, but this very basic, classic pizza I got was incredibly disappointing. I can usually eat an entire large New York by myself- this pie was split between two people, and there were still slices left over.

The enticing waft of wood smoke from the brick pizza oven in the back -- mounted on a cart for transportation! -- immediately piqued my interest. But it was the chalkboard sign announcing that gluten free and vegan options were available that made me jump in line (and jump for joy). That magical combo of GF crust and dairy free cheese is still not that common, and it's even harder to find ones that taste good. Since I have a gluten sensitivity and am allergic to many forms of dairy, I was intrigued to try. The Tall Man and I each ordered one of the specials, The Fungus Among Us, which features mushrooms (of course), caramelized onions, and garlic cream sauce. He got the full gluten and dairy experience (aka refused to share in my limitations), while I got mine on GF crust and vegan cheese. In lieu of the sauce and their other alternatives (I also can't eat much tomato, and their pesto has parmesan), I suggested straight up olive oil to stick it all together. I was already holding up the line with my multiple questions, but they were very friendly and were happy to answer while busily stretching dough and checking on pizzas in the oven. 20 minutes later, we picked up our pies plus one for friends. (Unlike the Brew Barn, which will text you when your food is done, TimberFire calls out names so you have to stick close by.) Verdict? Delicious, especially straight from the oven on a chilly fall day! They used a premade GF crust, but one that had a pretty good crispy texture when fresh. Vegan cheese was all melty and creamy, so I didn't miss the sauce at all. The mushrooms were fantastic and generous. The Tall Man really liked his version of the pizza, reporting the sauce to be clutch. Our friends' Fresh to Death (aka margarita) pizza was pretty good, maybe not as wow-ing but satisfying both adults and children. I was quite happy with my pizza's flavor, but wish it were larger for the price ($18 per pie), with the GF one being smaller (10"?) than the hand stretched counterparts. They're closer in size to a medium pizza elsewhere. The Tall Man easily finished his whole pie in one go, while I ate half and saved the rest for leftovers. I had to go to the ER a day later because I was so dehydrated I couldn't keep fluids in my body. Staff was very nice and they accept payment on a tablet swiper but $21 for 2 pizzas that a preschooler assebled and probably forgot to wash their hands... no thank you.
