I came here for a $175 hydrofacial which they "recommend to anyone needing to refresh before an event or special occasion" (their own words from their website). The esthetician said there would be no down time but I was left with scarring and hyperpigmentation. The owner, Stephanie, looked at it the following day and said the results were normal; it'll heal in a few days like a hickey. THEN she backtracked her answer to "you probably booked a service special." THEN she delegated fault to the esthetician because she's new. THEN she changed back to her original response when it actually wasn't some training promo. THEN Stephanie blamed my skin congestion to justify the esthetician's roughness. IF THE OWNER THINKS THIS IS NORMAL, IS THIS HAPPENING TO OTHER PEOPLE? The owner had no forethought to offer a refund nor to proactively provide services to fix any scarring and hyperpigmentation. Stephanie kept asking, "Well, what do you want us to do? You tell me." When I asked her what she'd do if this happened to her face. Her reply: "Nothing. I'd moisturize and put sunblock." I ended up asking for a refund and any products that could help with healing. "You want a refund? Fine, we can do that." She quickly left the room like she couldn't be bothered to talk to me. I'm including a picture of the tiny moisturizers she gave. Comparing it to a hickey, Stephanie said it would resolve in a few days. It has taken TWO WEEKS for my scarring and hyperpigmentation to even out. DO NOT COME HERE FOR A FACIAL.

I am used to level 40, but the massaging is what must have taken it over the top. My hair was banana yellow, but still had some color on the outer layers. she then added some ice, beige, and neutral or natural and applied that as a toner, asking if I was ok with platinum. MY hair was scorched, I looked like a clown, literally, and the hair was so dry I couldn't do anything with it. She rushed me out the door as she had another client waiting. I had been to her a few times over several months for a cut, she had also cut my sons hair. I really tried to like her, she can cut hair pretty well, if she believes you are up to her level. At some point, her energy towards me switched from being accommodating to leaving me on red when I text for an appt. I would have to say even though She is decent with the scissor, beware of not measuring up to her standards of being her client. She ruined my hair with the bleach and toner. I found bits of hair that had broken off on my pillow sheets. I had three or so visits with her and two visits for my son. I tipped well. Pretty sure the issues were not of my doing. my hair is a mess. I will never go back. I do NOT recommend. Beware.
