I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!!! I was searching for someone to come to our new home to mount 2 TV's with hiding wires for a clean look, install a Ring Doorbell, and mount 2 large output speakers for my TurnTable while also hiding the wires. The 3 gentlemen that came right on time and were extremely nice & professional. They were polite to my family and also updated me along the way as they completed each task. They worked among the chaos of our new house with boxes & children running around and stayed focused on the job. They even assisted us with carrying a kitchen table that was delivered while they were working! They volunteered, we didn't even ask! That type of service doesn't really exist anymore, let alone the polite manners they exhibited around my family. The living room tv looks fantastic! No wires to be seen! They even placed the cable boxes in a cabinet so they can't be seen, but still function with the remotes. The primary room tv looks great as well and has a very clean look. The Ring Doorbell is up and running too! I do have to say that my favorite project was the installation of my TurnTable speakers and mounts in my office. They hid the wires behind the wall and took careful time and attention to do so. They consistently asked me for my feedback to ensure I was happy. I'm more than happy, I'm thrilled!!! The speakers look like they came with built in with the house and the TurnTable sounds AMAZING!!! I played a record for all of us to hear when they finished and you could tell they took great pride in their work. They cleaned up before the left as well. The icing on the cake...the prices were more than fair. So fair, I even tipped the team because I felt the work deserved more pay. They were extremely thankful and so was my family. The only company who actually read what I wanted, as in they read the post and responded to it with an actual quote. Two other companies wanted photos of the area and further information so we could discuss it so they could give me a quote. My request was pretty straightforward, dismount an old plasma TV and it's mount and install a new mount & place the new TV on it. That's it. One installer was going to charge extra for "assembly" of the mount. There was no assembly required since it wasn't a tv mount from IKEA, unless you count the screws & bolts needed to install the mount as "assembly" so that was a giant red flag to prepare to be bent over when they weren't willing to give a quote. They defaulted to throwing out buzz words, "complications", "additional parts", and the previously mentioned "assembly", etc., they must have gotten trained at Jiffy Lube. If anyone is interested in knowing who this gouger is let me know and I'll share that. Anyway enough of that. The MTS installers arrive promptly, introduced themselves & provided a business card. They looked at the area, brought in their tools and got to work. The lead installer asked about height placement and other relevant details throughout the mounting and installation. Both were very courteous throughout the process and cleaned up the debris once done. The price was great (and as quoted) and the service was phenomenal.
