He was willing to share his knowledge and allow the homeowner to watch the repair, as well as to share tips for keeping the dryer in good shape. I want to make a note that I did not call Garry at first because of some of the negative reviews, but I'd like the community to know that my experience of Garry was the complete opposite of their stories. I have lived here and worked with many service providers in the area over the past 20 years and Garry stands out as a man of integrity. The phone was answered professionally and cheerfully, and Mark arrived promptly the next day at the time we were told he would be here. We don't know whether the repair person we had previously was incapable of identifying the problem , or whether he was incapable of or unwilling to do such an extensive repair, but another time we'll call Mark's first.
