I requested to speak with an associate, They don't understand, I asked to speak with customer service, they don't understand, I asked to speak with a person, they don't understand. WTF! I will never order anything from Lowes again. They don't deliver when promised, and they steal your money that you pay for same day delivery. I have no idea when my order will ever come. Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau next. If I could give them a -5 stars I would!

Called and was told their delivery truck was broke down and they were using Uber. UBER??? The driver showed up in his car to pick up 57 16' boards. I was assured it would be delivered Friday. Friday arrives and nothing. Not even a phone call to let me know it's not coming. I spoke to the manager and was placed on hold while he contacted the delivery company they were using. I was told by said manager that he was assured the delivery would be on Saturday between 10:30 and 2:30. Guess what? Still nothing. Not even a call. On 6/27 I called and asked to speak to the manager. The manager refused to speak with me on the phone and turned me over to a smug employee that said my options were to cancel my order or let them have the Augusta store deliver. I told the person on the phone that I was canceling my order with them and that there was no way I would entrust them to get anything delivered. His attitude? Whatever! Seriously? Whatever to being told you were losing a $2,900 dollar order? I told him I would be calling corporate and see what their thought would be. He said, "please do, they don't listen to us"! For real?? I managed deliveries from a warehouse for three years. When one of our vehicles broke down we rented another that would allow us to continue delivering, not call an uber driver.

He was willing to share his knowledge and allow the homeowner to watch the repair, as well as to share tips for keeping the dryer in good shape. I want to make a note that I did not call Garry at first because of some of the negative reviews, but I'd like the community to know that my experience of Garry was the complete opposite of their stories. I have lived here and worked with many service providers in the area over the past 20 years and Garry stands out as a man of integrity. If I had known that I would have put that toward a new one. 3 weeks later it was NOT WORKING AGAIN. I called and Blackman said he'd come by Tues. Needless to say he never came . Weeks have passed without a word or visit, so we just bought a new refrigerator.
