His arrogance and disrespect was not necessary and I can promise you I will NEVER return there again. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your sealant and cleaning supplies. They don't deserve the patronage. It's 2019 now, and I have not gone back. Saw Doug at another supplier I frequent, and he gave me that "I know you, but can't place you" kind of look. Doug's attitude cost him about $5k worth of business from this customer.

When the associate brought out the items, two of them were incorrect. After the associate verified the mistake, I was asked to wait while he retrieved the correct products. The customer service issues I experienced include: Incorrect items were provided despite the order confirmation indicating they were in stock. I waited while the associate attempted to retrieve the correct items, during which multiple other customers were able to retrieve their orders without delay. After being told the items were not in stock, I asked to cancel the order and was directed to Customer Service at the front of the store to process a refund, instead of resolving it at the pickup counter. Manager escalation did not result in any solution or goodwill gesture for the inconvenience; I was told nothing could be done. No alternative solutions were offered, such as shipping the items to me, which would have prevented additional trips. This experience reflects a breakdown in order accuracy and basic customer service. I hope this feedback is used to improve the pickup process and customer support. The purpose of choosing this location was the online indication that the items were in stock and ready for pickup.
