Each time we're in the store, the staff behaves as if we're being watched closely--asking if we want items held at the counter or having an employee follow us under the pretense of folding shirts while we browse. I've spent over $100 here so far and don't appreciate being treated with suspicion. Having worked in retail myself, I'm familiar with the signs of someone being monitored because they're assumed to be stealing, and that's how it feels every time I shop here. I really like the shop's selection--especially the Jellycats--but there are other local stores that carry similar products. I'm willing to give the shop one more chance, but if I experience this same treatment again, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
