My husband and I were always curious about salt room therapy and so I decided to book a session for the both of us at Just Breathe. Our first impression was a positive one as the lobby was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Missy greeted us warmly, offered us a beverage, and as we were the last appointment of the day, it was a short wait before we entered the salt room. Missy did an excellent job of outlining what to expect and the benefits of salt therapy. I appreciated the "no phone" policy as it forced us to focus, meditate, and just be in the moment. The 45min session was great and we both walked away feeling refreshed and relaxed. Finding time to care for myself is often a challenge, and Just Breathe is the perfect solution. No matter how hectic my schedule, just stepping in the door brings a sense of peace. There is clean space with a library, comfy chairs, as well as teas, selenite lamps and gems to consider. Bathrooms are impeccable. There is hot water/tea for sipping and walking barefoot feels good! Just walk in, drop your shoes, jackets and purse, and enter the lovely space for an hour of salty air. You can request your favorite type of audio environment - I love the sound of the ocean. Its so peaceful and welcoming, Missy certainly thought of every detail to make your exprience with either a session in the salt room, taking the salted yoga class, crystal bowl meditation, or a workshop with essential oils. Her displays of various items for sale from local artists, salt lamps, essential oil diffusers, and essential oil blends are all certainly worth the checking out. Our experience at Release was first class from start to finish. Every staff member we encountered was beyond warm and welcoming, making you feel like an old friend rather than a new acquaintance. The facilities are beautiful and clean, and the atmosphere is just the kind of peace and relaxation we needed. The Salt Room is a great experience! From the soothing and welcoming feel of the reception area to the warm and inviting feel of the salt room, it is a wonderful experience. Missy Cohen the owner is so knowledgeable of the history of the salt and the amazing healing properties of this therapy. I took my husband to the noon meditation class. We both LOVED it! It had a lot of different layers to that helped us get what we needed on many levels. It was great for our body, mind and soul. We would go back again in a heartbeat. Couples don't usually think of doing this together but it's a great way for both of us to bond in a deeper way than most other activities. Great first time experience! I had initially signed up on the mailing list a few years back, but never checked it out. I was getting over being sick and thought what better time than now to try it. We booked a private family session, and felt extremely relaxed. My respirations slowed way down, and the tension evaporated from my body. I just LOVE this place! I have been coming here since March to help with my allergies & asthma. I have not needed to use my inhaler daily (sometimes multiple times a day) since starting! I sit in this gorgeous room and just relax and breathe in the beautiful salt air! Missy has a beautiful video of the beach playing during my sessions and I feel like I am at the beach!! Beautiful, serene atmosphere with friendly welcoming staff! Spent a full two hours in the Himalayan Salt Room and felt like I'd been to the beach for the day. I usually get cold easily, and they got me a blanket right away so that I could be comfortable and relaxed. I can't wait to go back! Next time I want to experience a massage there. read more

Thanks to Just Breathe the Salt Room in Westborough. I haven't needed any allergy or asthma medicine. The pollen has been bad this Spring but I'm not feeling the effects thanks to relaxing in the Salt Room. Great place to go to heal sinuses, clear your lungs and decrease your stress levels. read more
