Danielle and Nick were both great to work with, extremely communicative, and provided prompt responses to our (numerous) questions. We appreciated that they had a delicious vegetarian option (get the mushroom risotto!) since most places just have boring roasted veggies for the vegetarian entree. They were very accommodating for dietary needs/allergies, providing our guests with a non-alcoholic substitute for the prosecco toast and ensuring those with a nut allergy had a separate plate when necessary. Menu highlights guests were raving about were the chimichurri beef skewers during cocktail hour and the loaded fry boat late night snack. Staff also checked in on us throughout cocktail hour and dinner service to make sure we had everything we needed. Catering was the portion of our wedding we were most nervous about - myself, my husband, and SEVERAL of our family members have allergies, most of them being more severe. My husband and I generally don't expect the food at any wedding to be memorable, but Maison broke that rule. Everything from appetizers to entrees to dessert to late night snacks looked and tasted great. Crowd favorites were the baked brie with caramelized onion and brown sugar bites and braised short rib. Maison Cuisine was our first and last wedding tasting. We were so blown away by the combination of food quality and affordability. We decided to have a family style meal. Numerous guests have told us they've never enjoyed a wedding dinner as much as this one. One couple who had an allergy to the main ingredients to the salad were served a separate garden salad and told us they'd never felt so taken care of as guests at a wedding before. Where do we even begin? Danielle and the Maison Cuisine made our wedding go off without a hitch and we couldn't be more thankful!! We hired Maison Cuisine just for staffing (servers, chefs, bartenders) to server the food for for our wedding in May 2024, since our venue had an open catering policy. Danielle was responsive from the very beginning, and helped to ensure we got all of our rentals (handled the contract with the rental co.), had the right number of servers, coordinated with our alcohol delivery company, the restaurant delivering our food, and our coordinator. Everything honestly went so smoothly, we didn't even notice the catering in the BEST way possible - they flipped the room, helped with dinner set up, the bartenders were amazing and efficient, the food was constantly being refilled, dishes were cleaned up, water was refilled, everything went off without a hitch. We were blown away by Maison Cuisine for our recent wedding at Loft Lucia! Their communication from the beginning was top notch. Super quick to reply, prepared for any and all questions, and so kind. The owner Danielle is fantastic. We had a great time at our tasting and Nick helped us select some of the best appetizers and entrees. They were so accommodating with our signature cocktail requests. We were so impressed with JC during our final walk through and on our wedding day. They brought our vision to life and did not miss a single detail. Their staff at the wedding (bartenders and servers) were also very aware and on top of it. Finally, the food was outstanding! Many guests told us how great it was - it was even better than at our tasting. We had the bruschetta, bacon wrapped dates, and mini grilled cheese with tomato soup during cocktail hour. We loved working with Maison for our wedding, they were easily our most responsive vendor! We worked with Nick in person and Danielle by email, they were both always so on top of everything and professional while still being friendly and understanding whenever a little problem came up. And all their staff we interacted with on the wedding day were just as great! Maison has a wonderful variety of entrees and hors d'oeuvres that can fit into a variety of food restrictions or be modified to do so. They even go beyond modifications and will create a custom menu for you, which we really appreciated! So we were able to do a butternut ravioli with a sage cream sauce instead of the spinach and ricotta ravioli they had listed in their menu. We also asked if they were able to do a duck confit hors d'oeuvre, they did try making it for us, but it didn't meet their Chef's standards, so he made a pork belly confit, which ended up being my husband and I's favorite hors d'oeuvre!  We did BYOB for our alcohol, and Maison gave us the great suggestion of Garfield's Beverage Warehouse, who were as easy to work with as Maison. read more
