Goyard Artois MM in white - beautiful!!
    Marcie S.

I am blown away by helpful and amazing Roxanne at Goyard San Fransico was! My home was destroyed by trees back in November, and I needed a replacement. She helped me through choosing the right color (white!) and was exceptionally fast to reply. I received my order, beautifully wrapped, within just two days of purchasing and I couldn't be happier. I am so grateful for people like Roxanne who take the time to help me out while I try to rebuild my life. I will definitely be sure to reach out to her first for all my future purchases. Thank you for being a highlight during this time for me!

Giles hooked us up! His service was outstanding. The selection was overwhelming. So many cute items to choose from and not enough money to buy it all. The Artois is a nice sturdy canvas loved the color. Giles was professional and patient. Made us happy to spend our money.

    she's a cutie :)

Another investment piece added to my collection and absolutely need to thank the G team for their responsiveness through the whole decision process. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of luxury--every detail, from customer service to the craftsmanship of the bag, was impeccable. Keep in mind their prices jumped Jan 16 2025. I was able to grab this before the price hop. The Goyard Cassette Trunk Bag is truly a masterpiece. I wanted grey this time around for a change in color but also elevated look with the trunk classic. The structured, boxy silhouette pays homage to Goyard's rich heritage in trunk-making, giving it an elegant, vintage feel while still being modern and versatile. The grey colorway is absolutely stunning--subtle yet sophisticated, with a refined, understated elegance that sets it apart. The signature Goyardine canvas is beautifully textured, durable, and lightweight, while the reinforced leather trim and metal hardware add to the bag's timeless appeal. I know this piece will outlast many of my current bags. I dont have to worry so much about the canvas scratching or even putting it on a chair next to me since it's a hard backbone. One of my favorite details is the trunk-inspired closure and metal corners, which feel both functional and decorative, staying true to Goyard's craftsmanship. The interior is thoughtfully designed, compact yet spacious enough to fit essentials, making it a perfect day-to-night bag. The adjustable strap also allows for multiple ways to wear it, adding to its practicality. It fits my phone and plenty of room for more. I was initially debating on this versus the miniature trunk. I think I definitely made the right choice on this one since I can interchange the handle or crossbody style straps. this is EVERYTHING! The boutique staff was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, ensuring I had a seamless shopping experience. They took the time to walk me through different options and details, making sure I left with a piece that truly suited my style. It's very exciting to know their expanding and doubling their SF store location. I know I'll be back :) If you're considering investing in a Goyard piece, I highly recommend both the Cassette Trunk Bag and the fantastic service at Goyard. Thank you again to the team for making this such a special purchase!

This is the repair the Goyard has to do for my pocketbook after using it for less than eight months and they told me there was overuse

I purchased a August 2024, April 2025 I had to go to repair. We the end of January. I still do not have my pocketbook and they keep saying they they don't know when it will be ready. They're waiting for a part. Every time I call they give me a different review. I don't know what to do anymore but at this point, I don't want my back. I want my money back because I'm done dealing with this company. It has the worst customer service they don't care about the customers is terrible. I will never buy another pocketbook from them.

Gifted my mom a Goyard bag for Christmas and went to the store downtown for the first time to buy it! I was helped by someone as soon as I walked in. The experience wasn't extravagant or anything, just very straight to the point. I asked for the bag, was shown the bag, then was brought to the counter to pay. I'm not a big luxury brand gal, so I don't go into luxury stores too often. To be honest, I've probably only ever gone into Louis Vuitton (mainly because of my mom). However, I did recently go on a luxury shopping spree during my trip to Paris because (whyyyyy nottt you're in Paris). I guess I was expecting a sales associate to greet me in French and hand me some bubbly. But that was definitely not the case. Oops! Haha 3/5 Straight to the point but no luxe experience.

    Perfectly packaged

I got connected to my SA Giles when I contacted Goyard through distant sales. I had a really great experience with him. He was responsive and efficient - a pleasure to work with! He shipped out my bag on a Friday and it was delivered by Monday!

    My first Goyard pieces!!!

Please see Venus! She is absolutely amazing! Sweet, kind, caring, thoughtful, patient and truly goes above and beyond to help you find your special pieces! My first Goyard purchases and I'm so glad they were with her! UPDATE: Venus was so great that we came back just 3 days later with our eldest daughter for her first Goyard purchase as well! See you again soon, Venus! We will definitely be back! Thank you Goyard SF for having such a kind SA as part of your wonderful staff!!!

From funky, modern cookbooks to cute stuffed animals, purses, youthful and quirky women's clothes, beautiful silk scarves, and feminine jewelry (including real gold earrings!), to lots of fun cards for any occasion (including Jewish holidays, which is important to me!), socks with funny sayings on them, hipster aprons, soaps, candles, fun tchotchkes of all sorts, there's a LOT to delight in inside this wonderful store! I would call it WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE, because the entry is definitely accessible, and if anything isn't, the employees go out of their way to move things and make it accessible! Their attitudes in general are very friendly and helpful, as is that of the owner (it's a woman-owned store!). Therapy doesn't close until 7:30 pm, which gives you plenty of time to run in for a birthday card and gift after you leave work and are on your way to a friend's birthday party! Overall, Therapy is a fun, quirky, happy-feeling store, and I love that it's managed to survive the last few decades on Valencia St.!

I was correct and also so glad I took the time to stop in. Firstly, the store employees: Tiara and Janielle were immediately and incredibly helpful, knowing that I'd likely want quarters for the vending machines and accepting my silly $2 bills (which my father put in my stocking at Christmas because he's a prankster like that) and handing me a cup full of $6 worth of quarters while explaining the vending machine limit of 3 prints per person very kindly. I asked if it was ok if I filmed and they assured me it was totally fine! This was really cool later on, as the shop's account commented on the video that I posted and that felt very interactive! After I had used up my last quarter and gotten my 6th mini mystery print from the vending machines, I started my search for a birthday card for the previously mentioned prankster-father of mine. The selection was delightful! Perhaps not massive, but still delightful as every option was by a local artist and priced really fairly for that privilege (about $6-6.50 per greeting card, which is actually a great value). I found four birthday cards for various people in my life and two "get well" cards for a friend and my mom who are both about to have surgery. After that I started to search through the other items in the shop, of which there were MANY and the options were so incredibly cute and kitschy as well as being very usable. I didn't end up getting anything other than the greeting cards, mostly because of the pricing, but I can respect a high price-tag when it's on a locally made artisanal item. I just couldn't personally afford any of it on that particular day! My six greeting cards totaled out to $46 including tax, and I'm ok with that! I've already used one and it was appreciated greatly! I have to say that the highlight of this visit wasn't the items or the super cool mystery art vending machines, although all of that was incredibly fun and exactly what I was looking for going in.. but the staff really made me feel welcomed and hyped up and I think that the soul of a store is sometimes made or broken by it's employees and how obviously they like or dislike their jobs. These individuals obviously enjoy working here and I felt welcomed by their energetic and thoughtful interactions with me. I will absolutely return!

The staff is friendly and the variety of bags and accessories is always exciting to browse through. I ended up getting the Black Medium Cargo Crossbody. It can fit a water bottle, my sunglass case, phone, wallet, keys, and more! It's a really good size and I was impressed at how much can fit in it. I also like that it was made our of recycled material. It was around $56, so the price point isn't that bad esp cause I know the quality is good. My only small complaint is that there aren't enough mirrors in the store--it can be tricky to see how a bag looks when you're wearing it. A few more mirrors would make the shopping experience even better. Still, a great store and I'll definitely be back!

I also adore their baby reusables, which are perfect for takeout food. I own several packing cubes and dopp kits--one for skincare and the other for makeup. I'd say the prices are comparable to Cath Kidston, Vera Bradley, LeSportsac, and Kipling, but Baggu offers better designs at possibly a lower cost. I recently visited the store for my birthday, which was exciting since I've always purchased online through Facebook, Mercari, Depop, and Poshmark. I'm thrilled with my purchase!
