Upon entering the store, no team member acknowledged or assisted me. After waiting for some time, I had to ask a security guard to help me find a sales associate. Once I was finally assisted, the associate appeared uninterested in helping and made little effort to show me products or explore available options. I was repeatedly told that several items were sold out, despite the Louis Vuitton website indicating that they were available in-store. I purchased two belts, and one of the belts provided to me was the display model rather than a new item. Additionally, when I requested to see a passport holder, I was informed that it was out of stock. However, I noticed the item displayed on the wall and pointed it out to the associate, who then responded that it might actually be available. Overall, there was very little effort made to assist me or provide the level of customer service associated with the Louis Vuitton brand. This was, without question, the most disappointing experience I have ever had at a Louis Vuitton store.

My family and I were already being helped by an employee and were about to purchase our items when an employee from the Polo store across the street came into the store to purchase an apparel item using her employee discount. She walked directly in front of us and interrupted our transaction. What was especially disappointing was that the employee who was already assisting us did not say anything such as, "Sorry, I'm currently helping a customer," or ask the other employee to wait. Instead, she immediately stopped assisting us and proceeded to help the employee who had cut in front of us. I completely understand that employees may shop at other Polo locations and use their employee discounts. However, I do not think an employee should be allowed to interrupt an existing customer transaction, especially when the customer is already being assisted and is ready to make a purchase. As a loyal and high-spending Polo customer, I found this experience very disrespectful and not representative of the level of customer service I expect from Polo. I hope management will address this situation and ensure that paying customers are prioritized when they are already being assisted.

Everyone was really nice but I was frustrated with skateboard questions i asked 2 workers about and they had no idea. Thank god I soon met the salesperson Khan and omg a lifesaver! Instantly he knew the skate terminology my brother gave me and even explained so i understood. He was so helpful and also informed me of new things Vans is beginning with community and art, all things that speak to ME! He actually got ME hooked on VANS now and the upcoming events. Khan went above and beyond, I spent way over my budget but so worth it. Just one thing I was an unhappy about, I wanted Khan to help me on the other level with his recommendations but he wasn't able to, my vibe was it was a management rule or something. I didn't purchase more because Khan couldn't assist, strange because all companies allow personalized shopping experiences. Very weird. Anyway, my experience was fantastic shopping with Khan, he helped w so many details as a skater himself, so knowledgeable where the other employees didn't seem to be. Very bad experience with the Soho men boutique. I tried to call the store several times to follow…read moreup with my drop-offed bag, left two voice messages. No one contacted me back. I had to call customers service three times to ask them to contact the store to follow up with me. They finallly called back after the third time since the customer service's manager was cc'ed in the email. I am very disappointed with how Dior is turning into. I used to have very good feeling for Dior shopping experience. Now the team from Soho and the quality of the bag have made me changed my mind completely. There are defects on the canvas Saddle crossbody bag, but the team said, it is just a normal discoloration due to the sun. I do not think the sun can focus only along the stiching area and not entire bag. The discoloration is very evenly at the damaged area. They stated this damage is due to storage directly under sun issue, without the dist bag, and said they will not be responsible for the damage or provide any accommodation for this. I hope Dior can stay longer in the luxury industry with this type of customer service and products quality.
