Comfortable B&B in Port Angeles - we enjoyed our stay last week when we were in the area…read more Five Seasuns B&B is close to the PA ferry terminal (we arrived from Victoria BC), the northern areas of Olympic National Park (Hurricane Ridge, Crescent Lake, Sol Duc Falls) and the northeast part of Olympic peninsula (we visited lavender farms in the Sequim-Dungeness area since our visit coincided with Lavender Fest). Value was fair. We paid $828 for two nights in the Indian Summer Suite ($918 with tax). For this the missus and I got a private bedroom with a queen bed, and our children each got their own beds in the kitchen/living area. The single bathroom and shower stall was adequate for our needs and we had a parking spot underneath the unit. Caroline, who has owned and operated the B&B for 8 years, was consistently communicative, warm and helpful. She baked cookies for us both evenings, and served us healthy and filling breakfasts. She also offered good advice on where to go for dinner and sightseeing. Bonus: the grounds are captivating, with deer and a fish pond on the premises. We would be happy to return.

Caroline was awesome! My girlfriend and I stayed for a weekend and we had a blast. The breakfasts…read morewere amazing and the cookies were unreal. We loved how comfortable the bed was and Caroline gave us some awesome recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to check out. We still have a bunch of things to check out at the park and we will definitely stay here again.

This room was booked for me at the last minute, and there are not a lot of choices in Port Angeles,…read moreso I'm grateful they had a room for me with a clean, comfortable enough bed. The hotel has a beautiful view, and the gentleman at check-in was very friendly. However, this is where I get very confused reading prior reviews. The hotel is very, very dated. Please note that the rooms open up right to the outside, and in my case, to an alley, which tbh, seemed a little sketchy, especially without a deadbolt. Also, the room had a horrible stale smell, like a combination of thrift store and grandma's attic. Despite what is written in their listing on booking websites, (free continental breakfast), there isn't one. I was not told that they stopped serving breakfast at the end of October upon check in. My bad, I guess I should have either asked or consulted the hotel website. In the morning, I was just told, "there's no breakfast." I was only offered a yogurt, but with words to the effect that it should still be good. Umm, no thanks. Airing out the rooms and updating the listing on booking sites should be some easy fixes.

One of the worst motel experiences I've ever had. Its really sad that theres so few options in Port…read moreAngeles if you're passing through. Not only does this place look unsafe, its right next to the street so you hear EVERYTHING. I booked this place via Chase and only booked it because they're dog friendly. After i checked in, I received a room that was right above the office. Little did I know that it was under construction. I didn't think too much of it since there were other things on my mind like a broken toilet seat or the dirty shower. I looked passed those things and went to sleep. At 7 am, I was rudely awaken by LOUD banging and sawing. I attached a video to show how loud it was. That noise went on for the next 3 hours. I tried calling downstairs but no answer. Since we couldnt sleep, we got up and started packing to get out of there as soon as possible. I went to the front desk to complain and the front desk person said they didnt have the power to give a refund (???). He said I had to contact Chase and they would approve it. I went to the parking lot and called Chase who told me that the motel did not approve a refund even though I had literally just talked to them. I went back to the front desk and said that he lied to me and he kept on making an excuse about needing to email someone else. I unfortunately was not able to get anything out of this situation, but please if you're considering this place. STAY AWAY.

Chose this since last lodging available when we scheduled our trip last minute. Area feels safe…read more It was well kept up and clean, although a little dated. But you can tell they are trying to keep it modern. New paint in nice colors, bathroom looks fairly modern, newer bedspreads. If you look at details like corners, you can see place is worn, but in a fix, it is fine. Like most motels, the office closes and staff goes home for night. They do have a Coke machine that also has water It feels clean and safe.

I have mixed feelings about our stay here, primarily around what you receive for roughly $250-$260…read moreper night. I have never seen a Super 8 charge that level of rate for the standard of room with little amenities provided. This is the quintessential Super 8 - bare bones basics, a little run down and you really get only the room and I suppose free parking is worth mentioning. No in room coffee, the coffee provided in the "breakfast" room tastes like the pots have not been cleaned properly in a long while. Their breakfast consists of a basket of granola bars. I suppose if lodging is limited in this area they can charge these high rates for the rooms they provide and I respect healthy capitalism but this is not that. Pet fee is very reasonable at $15 per night ( that was a plus), and the front desk staff are very sweet and welcoming. Location is great, there is a Starbucks across the street if you are a coffee fiend like me... I simply had issue with the coffee here tasting not right. Beds are comfortable, rooms have microwaves and mini fridges. No iron/ironing board. I would find other lodging at these prices or just stay in a local motel at half the price delivering the same standard of room/property type.

A guy waiting in the lobby was nice enough to help me do an online price check and they were able to get me a lower rate for the night. They put me on the 3rd floor, which they said would be quieter from hotel noise. What they didn't mention was that there was no elevator and it was noisy with highway noise from facing out that way. Still, good views nonetheless. "Breakfast" just consisted of granola bars, juice, and coffee, so I'm glad I had brought another pastry with me to snack on. 2025 #12
