The best motel in Port Angles. Period, including the Red Lion at four bills a night. The difference, strong hands on management. Caring about his workers, not using them, and it shows in the guests experience. My room would be better if it had a tub instead of just a shower. But not being treated like a tourist to be robbed is beyond words happiness. Don't mug David for his time, he is busy thawing out freezers, and hands on trying the staff. WOW

Dirty dirty dirty! I give one star cause my sheets and my bathroom was some what clean! But there was also a spider in my shower sooo yea! For the price 140.00 bucks this was so not worth it! Dirty everything! I get that it is a motel so tacky decorated room I expect. But there is no excuse for ac not to work and the cleaner to just not wipe Down anything ever in the room. You are paying cleaners so should get a clean room. I am paying customer so I deserve a clean room. Take a look at the pics says it all!

It's a no-class motel. There was not a phone in our room and the towels had black eye makeup on them. That said, it was cheap and we were able to get a room after ten PM. For an inexpensive motel, the place isn't all bad but it also looks a lot like the sort of hotel where Castle and Beckett find and solve murder cases. For an unplanned stay in Port Angeles, I was glad to at least find an open room since all the other hotels were full. And though the hotel itself was a sketchy, the people at the desk were kind and the internet was free.

    Air Conditioning. LOL

Beautiful view from our room! Our room was clean and spacious. Nice size bathroom. It has a small area with a sink and cabinet. Coffee maker, tiny fridge and microwave! Everything we needed for our stay. Heated pool and Hot tub! Very nice! Good WiFi too! I really enjoyed staying here! It was close to nice restaurants, a golf course and close to the ferry to Canada! The only thing that was a disappointment was the Free breakfast didn't have the basic scrabbled eggs, bacon or sausage. The only eggs they served was cold hard boiled eggs. I opted for yogurt for my protein. Coffee was good. They had a waffle maker and lots of bagels, toast, english muffins, cereal all the basics but no warm eggs , bacon , sausage or hash browns :( Overall my stay was great! I would stay here again.

They are located on the outskirts of Port Angeles by the golf course. They are very close to the park itself and makes for a great place to stay when visiting the park. We reserved a 2 queen room with a golf course view months in advance. They gave us a room on the second floor. The room was nice and cozy. The 2 queen rooms have a nice sized bathroom with a tub/shower combo. My wife and daughter did complain about with the soap and shampoo for their shower. It has been a while since we've seen a bar of soap as most hotels use body wash now. The shampoo is a shampoo and conditioner combo. They did not like the soap or shampoo. Breakfast is served downstairs. It was continental breakfast only. No meats. Just waffles, toast, cereals, juice and coffee. It was good enough for the 2 days that we stayed there. They do have an exercise room with treadmills, ellipticals and dumbbells for you to lift. It was less equipment than at some other hotels, but it was enough for you to get a good workout. This might be the best hotel in Port Angeles. You don't have much of a choice. If you visit Port Angeles and want a nicer hotel, this is the place.

There was only a floor fan and the only window was a alley facing a pool. it was the same temperature in or out. This won't Fly. So i went back to the office to exchange rooms. Comfortable bed. Clean, spacious rooms. And a nice touch in this northern clime is the combination of baseboard heating in the room and a typical wall-mount unit in the bathroom (blowing into the room if the door is open), making for a cozy room. My building (adjacent to the office / food service area) was 2 stories. Not much noise from other rooms nor housekeeping, even though my first night there was full occupancy. Pleasantly efficient staff. Lots of curbside parking in case the dedicated parking in front of the rooms is full. Quiet neighborhood. Location is great- stairs (or walking the long way around the block) brings you to the top of the main commercial drag in Port Angeles, including a number of restaurants. The Victoria ferry landing is just a few minutes further. At the end of the street the motel is on, is a small park with sunset views. Keeping in mind it's a motel and some things will be utilitarian, this was a great choice for National Park and ferry access. I'd stay again.

Not only does this place look unsafe, its right next to the street so you hear EVERYTHING. I booked this place via Chase and only booked it because they're dog friendly. After i checked in, I received a room that was right above the office. Little did I know that it was under construction. I didn't think too much of it since there were other things on my mind like a broken toilet seat or the dirty shower. I looked passed those things and went to sleep. At 7 am, I was rudely awaken by LOUD banging and sawing. I attached a video to show how loud it was. That noise went on for the next 3 hours. I tried calling downstairs but no answer. Since we couldnt sleep, we got up and started packing to get out of there as soon as possible. I went to the front desk to complain and the front desk person said they didnt have the power to give a refund (???). He said I had to contact Chase and they would approve it. I went to the parking lot and called Chase who told me that the motel did not approve a refund even though I had literally just talked to them. I went back to the front desk and said that he lied to me and he kept on making an excuse about needing to email someone else. I unfortunately was not able to get anything out of this situation, but please if you're considering this place. STAY AWAY.

But you can tell they are trying to keep it modern. New paint in nice colors, bathroom looks fairly modern, newer bedspreads. If you look at details like corners, you can see place is worn, but in a fix, it is fine. Like most motels, the office closes and staff goes home for night. They do have a Coke machine that also has water It feels clean and safe.
