I had a dental emergency on Easter Saturday. I had called around 12 different places with no luck. It was a bit before 2:00pm. I called and the Dr. said he can see me at 3:00. When I called they picked up the phone on the 2nd ring unlike the dozen other places where most of them I had to leave a message for a call back. I had to cal back 2 more times for additional quick questions and again...the phone was answered on the 2nd ring. From the moment the Dr. Hazan started working on my mouth and by the time I was walking out a VERY happy and satisfied patient, it was just 40 minutes later! I was in town for business. I needed a filling. When I showed up for my SCHEDULED and CONFIRMED appointment, the office was closed up locked. Nobody in sight. One of the most unprofessional offices that I have been to in my entire life. Save yourself the ire of going to this office and wait to go to a reputable dentist office. Trust me! Firstly, the office was not tidy, the equipment looked to be rusted and corroded over, and the answering service, likely the doc himself or an unhinged family member just yells at you for calling and hangs up the phone on you. Luckily they didn't do anything to my mouth, praise the Lord!!! This is my opinion and take it or don't. If you don't you get what you get. I had a dental emergency on a Saturday. I had some dissolvable stitches come apart, and an infection started where my own dentist had previously placed a bone graft in preparation for a future implant. It had been four days since the procedure. I called the number on the website and got an answer and an appointment that afternoon. When I arrived at the office, the physician was there waiting for me. Dr Hazan was kind, knowledgeable, and gentle. He did a few things differently than my own Dentist did, and I can already tell the difference in a positive way. He put a new graft in, non-dissolvable, stitches, and a protective, gummy covering over the teeth. I am very grateful and I will be going back to him for the actual implant instead of my own dentist. read more

DO NOT USE THIS "BUSINESS". If I could give zero stars, I would without hesitation. I made the mistake of coming here after reading the lengthy terrible reviews as I was in excruciating pain. I called the night before and was told that I did not need an appointment on a Saturday and was to come by 11 AM. I arrived there and there was a sign on the door that said that I needed to come to the front door. So because of the sign, I came to the front door upon me going to the front door. The door was locked in which I called the number that was listed on their website. So after calling the number a man answered and asked me if I had an appointment to which I responded and told him that when I called the night before and earlier that day, neither time was I told that I needed an appointment which is why I'm here so he hung up the phone and answer the door. So after calling the number, a man answered and asked me if I had an appointment and I explained to him that I called multiple times the night before and the day of to confirm that I needed an appointment and each time I was told that I did not need an appointment. At that point he responded and said "well we have a lot of construction going on right now". I looked for the said "construction" but saw absolutely nothing. So again he tells me I need to watch out for the construction at which point he begins opening the door and exclaimed very loudly "Oh man look what you did. I told you there was construction everywhere. You just stepped all in it that's going to cost thousands of dollars to replace." With that being said, I have never been so shocked or disrespected by a medical "professional" ever in life. Upon his belligerence, l responded and said "there is no barricade or signage so how was I supposed to know that the "construction" was a 5*5 slab of concrete that was drying in the walkway". He then said "don't you see that the door says closed" to which I responded and said I called MULTIPLE times and was told that I could come and was told nothing about about "supposed" construction. He then slammed the door and told me to wait outside. At this point I should've left, but again I was in excruciating pain. He then opens the door, tells me it's $195 and that insurance is not accepted on weekends meanwhile he looks up my insurance and says "oh you haven't used any of your insurance benefits this year". He charged me $480 for a 2 minute visit, won't respond to any emails or calls as I have requested a claims form on numerous occasions and have yet to receive it. Again, DO NOT COME HERE. IF YOU'RE IN THAT MUCH PAIN PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE. Just take aspirin, grit your teeth and bear it. Dr Hazan is a life saver! After suffering for days and my usual dentist not able to see me, could not take the pain any longer. This hero of a dentist came on a Saturday night and helped me. He is very kind, always made sure I was OK. He explains everything and is very knowledgeable. I was afraid to go to an emergency dentist but after meeting him, would like him to be my regular dentist. He called the next morning to check on me.He deserves 100 stars.If you are in pain, do yourself a favor and call him. He is an amazing doctor. read more

Straight forward , very friendly, he walked me through the whole procedure and made sure I was okay. This was a complete waste of time. I had a appt for 10am arrived gave all my personal information to find out that the visit is 350.00 just to look at the issue and the dr was not even there yet. Absolutely the worst dentist I have ever been to. They are rude, expensive and their customer service is nonexistent. You'll be scheduled for a 9 o'clock appointment and won't be seen until 1030 because the dentist is always running late. I had to go there six times just to get a crown put on. I paid $3000 that was with insurance. Most places don't charge but a third of that. It was an emergency so I didn't have very many options as they are open abnormal hours. That's why they say they cost so much more is because their hours are different. Absolutely ridiculous. The two girls who work there for the dentist are very rude and lied constantly just to cover up for the dentist. Worst place ever!! read more

This has been my dentist for about three years now. Dr Hazan is very gentle and I am very happy with what I've had done here. He is also available after hours and on weekends, not like most dentists who can't get you in when you're in pain! I work Monday through Friday so his Saturday availability works for me. I've had some old broken silver fillings replaced and crowned, they look very nice. My aunt and nephew also come here and my nephew had Dr Hazan put him to sleep and pulled his wisdom teeth on a Sunday because he was in pain. I'm very happy with this office and I highly recommend it. It's good to know you can get help when you need it. read more

I called with what I thought was an emergency situation and was told to come in immediately. By the time I filled out the paperwork the doctor was ready to see me. I hate dentists. Having said that Dr. Kazan and his staff put me at such ease that I got the procedure he recommended done there and then. Dr. Kazan was quick and caused minimal pain/discomfort throughout the deep cleaning of my gums. I really appreciate that he did not sugarcoat my problem/the things that I am or am not doing that is causing my issues, and that he was willing to take the time to explain/show everything in detail. read more

Fraud !!! When you first call them in extreme pain the actual dentist answers your call . Tells you pay 175.00 and after he collects that he will meet you at his office . You go there thinking you paid to have tooth removed . Nope you go sit in his chair he looks in your mouth tells you another fee . You pay and then he says okay let's get some X-rays done . Does X-rays tells you come back to the counter after reviewing your mouth it will not cost this amount . Try to offer my dental insurance he says we don't except insurance for emergencies . Total is right at 1200.00 now because you already paid 2 other fees and he lets you know are both non refundable . So your in so much pain you agree to the fee and the procedure is done . Days later you go back to have stitches out they are asking if my insurance is good . Yes but why I already paid everything . The girl says maybe we can get some of the fees refunded to you if insurance pays . They used my insurance and got paid again I got no credit and no refunds to any of my accounts . The tooth wasn't fully removed and now it's punctures through my gums and hurts . I don't recommend this office to anyone . They tell you if you do a good review your in a drawing for a 300.00 dollar tooth brush . That's just his way of scamming more customers to come in . read more
