Improved the crack visibility/glare somewhat, but could not completely conceal it. They made me aware of this before I decided to proceed, and I understood it was unlikely to blend in completely. Other option would be expensive windshield replacement and camera alignment, which likely would go through insurance. For the price, this is about what I expected. The windshield molding on my old, tired Tiguan came loose on the freeway. I contacted Tony who said he would take care of it under warranty since I had new glass installed a few weeks ago. Tony did an Amazing job, but like most best laid out plans, we did encounter a huge obstacle. After making sure I spoke with To y and was clear about the work I needed done and what was in budget. We shook on it. Well, unfortunately, something came up, my beautiful car is old. So, the rear glass's old tint left the adhesive even after the tint film was removed. Imagine my surprise recieving a call and a picture of stating our original plan will it work. So, just leaving it scratch up was not an option. To my disapproval I Recieved the update with, what Tony I think would say, "he was pissed," type of attitude on my part. LoL! Hearing the distress and disappointment, Tony didn't leave me with a rear window unstinted and the small scrapping of adhesive, he met me half way and exceeded my expectations. His team and himself, expertly removed the rear window and provided pictures to reassure and provide peace of mind in real time as they restored my old car's glass back to better than factory settings. Went in a few weeks ago, needed to swap out my window for a new one because I had a big crack in it. These guys were awesome, as well as the store owner. Their hospitality is on point, just like the work that they do. I've had no issues since and will be coming back if I ever need my windows replaced again or if I need my windows tinted. Their pricing is hard to beat as well. When they told me how much it would be, I took it up in an instant. Lastly, I was the last costumer they had that day, and I got to see their cleaning process, they clean the entire waiting room from top to bottom, sweeping and mopping the floors and even taking off all the covers on the chairs to wash them. I dropped my car off to have 7 windows tinted! Within 2 hours they called saying it was finished. I picked it and they explained the usual about protecting the windows and letting them cure before rolling down windows etc. the care looked GREAT!!! After a couple weeks of curing, I cleaned the windows and they are PERFECT!! Not a spec of dust underneath the tint anywhere. Crystal clear!!! They went above and beyond and added a strip of tint across the front windshield which was unexpected and greatly appreciated!!!
