If you are planning for wedding or Nikah; please run miles away from those incompetent team Karla is too unprofessional charging extra charges as hidden expenses without discussing those charges with us upfront. Hamid is not a decision maker and he promised us the moon and never follow through. The two are so unprofessional. Please never hire Boda Belle events for decorations because Karla is unreliable and unprofessional. Karla is basically controlling everything in the venue.

The space has a cool outdoor garden brought indoor vibe and also has an outdoor area for cornhole and inflatable fun for kids. The bar area is well designed...heck the whole space is well designed. I don't know what they charge for catering, but it seems like you can bring your own catering as well. If I had something to celebrate, I'd rent this space in a heartbeat. Not sure if they gave him some type of playlist or if he chose the music but that was probably the only negative... he clearly wasn't reading the room . We attended a wedding which had a large group that the River View easily accommodated. The River View is in the Occoquan Regional Park that has its own fun activities that locals will explore. The Pavilion, an outdoor shelter located at the back of the park, is perfect for sizable events. There is also a 5k loop trail, and a riverfront café with indoor and outdoor seating.

The ceremony and cocktail hour were held on the first floor and the reception was upstairs (and yes, there are elevators). The only caveat is that there are only bathrooms on the first floor, so we all made multiple up-and-down trips throughout the night. There is also an outdoor terrace on the second floor (unfortunately, the view is... the parking lot) but it was a nice area to chat with other wedding guests on a breezy, late May evening. The dance floor area was a bit small for the amount of guests, but it ended up working out. The dinner was buffet style, and the food was quite good! The strawberry salad was tasty, but maybe a bit too much dressing. The mashed potatoes were very garlicky with the perfect texture (not too smooth, but not too chunky). The steamed vegetables (broccoli and carrots) were seasoned enough to be enjoyable on its own and with the protein. There were three protein options: chicken, salmon, and steak. The chicken had a creamy sauce with a red pepper topping that I didn't love. The salmon was seasoned generously, but it was a bit overcooked. The steak was seared quite nicely, cooked medium, and it was my favorite of all three proteins. Overall, the food was good for a wedding venue. This was a great venue to have a wedding! We all had a great time at Sweeney Barn to celebrate our friends getting married.

We had a Saturday morning appointment you would think if the chef is the only that could tell the prices he would be there for the meeting or allow his office staff to book like most venues do.
