I called due to emergency dental issues and pain - they got me in with only a day in between the time I'd called and when my appointment was scheduled for. Even though I was simply a stranger on the phone with my first call, I was out at ease and felt I was in great hands. They were equally as quick to serve and kind once I went in on the day of my appointment. They were non-judgmental in regards to my extreme anxiety of dental work, explained everything thoroughly beforehand and expertly answered all of my questions to make me feel welcomed and educated. Definitely appreciated since I was concerned it would take a long time to reschedule them both. We had such a great experience today. From the front desk check in throughout the appointment. The hygienist Kathy was very nice, patient, took her time to explain everything. Then the Dentist also took a lot of time to explain to us not to use whitening toothpaste but okay to use bleaching strips. A nice appointment that wasn't rushed and we all learned something important about oral hygiene.

As a matter of fact, my whole family has been coming here and we have never had an experience as the one listed. I'm not saying it didn't happen, because I don't know, but I'm sure they haven't built their business with such treatment. I'm not excited to go to the dentist, but they always take good care of me. My dentist is Dr. Rizzuti and I am lucky my mom found him many years ago. He helps me relax and takes very good care of me, especially when I was going through my broken jaw experience. It was by no means fun, but it was bearable. I've had my fair share of dental experiences since I broke my jaw. I have had 8 or 9 root canals and they all went well and I know everyone has a different response to root canals. My friends face swelled up, but it has never happened to me, I guess I'm lucky in a way. I have had a couple fillings and lots of cleanings. The hygienists can be hit or miss. They have the hardest job, but some are nicer than others is all I'm saying. I guess it's hard to clean teeth and be super gentle especially if you don't come in every 6 months as suggested. It's a bad habit I've gotten into. Since I don't have dental insurance I have to pay upfront or set up a payment plan. If you pay in full you get a 10% discount which is really nice. The ladies at the counter where you pay are so nice and helpful. My mom comes here a lot and the ladies remember me and who my mom is. I haven't gone to the dentist with my mom in I don't know how long, but they always remember. That is a nice touch.

When I went back a month or so later to ask if they were done pre authorizing my insurance I was met with a rude secretary who didn't want to acknowledge me but finally told me it would be 6 weeks. I checked back again at 8 weeks and was told they had trouble getting the doctor to write up the invoice. It's now been over 14 weeks without a word. 8 weeks I could have already started a lengthy treatment. Seems they don't care to have me there. I'll have to go somewhere else. This sucks after paying their $700 non-refundable consultation fee that I'm going to go somewhere else to pay them to start over but I no longer trust them. Seems like they just wanted the $700. Someone who can't handle simple communication isn't someone I trust to operate on me. Maybe you'll be more lucky than me. Good luck.

I let them know if they don't want me as a customer to let me know, a lot of dentists accept my insurance. Their reply was "Ok we will remove this appointment from their schedule per my request, I never requested the appointment to be removed, I told them that I made the appointment, and I WILL BE THERE. They have lost a customer of around 8yrs because they have a tight scheduled and have a long waiting list, so they send a threating text. I would give them a zero if I could.
