I went yesterday to get a full face threading plus eyebrows done. There were a couple ladies there,…read moreso there was no wait time, which I appreciated. I went in and explained what I wanted done. At first, I felt her trimming my eyebrows with scissors. I noticed she was trimming the top because my eyebrow hairs do grow upward a little, and I'm used to that being done at other threading places. But then I started feeling her trim the bottom of my eyebrows, and I could hear her clipping on my left eyebrow specifically. After that, she stopped and didn't really trim the other brow. The bottom of my eyebrows usually never gets trimmed, so this already felt unusual to me. She then started threading, and I did feel like she was taking off more hair than usual. Mind you, my eyebrows were not overgrown at all because I had already gotten them threaded somewhere else about 3-4 weeks ago. They still had a nice shape, so realistically this appointment should have just been a cleanup. Once she finished and brushed my eyebrows down a bit, they honestly looked okay at first glance when she showed me. However, today when I went to put gel in my eyebrows and lightly shape them the way I normally do, I immediately noticed blunt cuts. I tried styling them, but the hair on the bottom is now too short because too much was cut off. It honestly looks like I'm missing hair in certain spots because of how much was trimmed. I also noticed some micro bleeding/red spots around my neck and chin area after the facial threading. I'm not sure if that is considered normal, but it is something I experienced after the service. I uploaded pictures -- the first one shows how my eyebrows looked before, and the other pictures show how they look now. I'm leaving two stars because my other eyebrow does look good and they are even. If she hadn't trimmed the bottom, I honestly feel like they would have turned out really nice. At this point there's not much I can do besides wait for them to grow back. I also have a wedding to attend this weekend, so hopefully an eyebrow pencil does the trick. Needless to say, I'm disappointed because I chose this place based on all the great reviews I had seen.

I'd only gotten my lashes done one time prior to Shea, when I was visiting California and it was something I wanted to continue to explore. I'd visited Divine Threading (Aliante location) before to get my eye brows waxed and so I asked about their lash services. The front desk rep suggested that I schedule an appointment with Shea. From my first appointment with Shea I knew that she was THE one. From her relatability, her welcoming demeanor, to her attention to detail and effective commication about business policies, available services and prices, I was sold. I explained to Shea that I wanted the Classic set but wanted them to look extremely natural. We looked through some of her photos of other clients so that I could more accurately provide a tangible example; but what also set Shea apart was her knowledge shared as well. Shea educated me on facial features and how certain looks can be more complimentary to certain facial structures (ie: head size, head shape, eye brow alignment, eye shape, etc). She educated me on how to properly care for my lashes especially as a new client who wasn't familiar with getting this service. I would absolutely recommend Shea if your looking for a lash technician and live in the North Las Vegas area!!! Pros: Shea is professional she is efficient and meticulous she is relatable, warm and welcoming she is an effective communicator she is reliable Cons: The biggest con is the customer service and communication from the business itself I've had the front desk reps call me to confirm appointment times and dates that were wrong I've had experiences where Shea was out of town and I booked with another technician I'd never seen before. I showed up to my appt. and after waiting 15 -20 mins was told there was an error in the company system And they double booked Ky. During this specific incident, the front desk informed Ky of my arrival. apparently she told them that she did not have an appt with me and continued with another client she had taken back after my arrival. Not once did Ky come out and introduce herself, ask who I'd been scheduled with or any Sort of direct acknowledgment While I was present. After expressing my dissatisfaction with my experience and highlighting that I no longer wanted to communicate with the office due to their lack of professionalism, customer service and sheer human respect, I was contacted by Ky directly to apologize for her lack of professionalism. I would absolutely recommend Shea as your lash technician but would suggest that Divine Threading owners work on more effectively: Streamlining their appointment system(s) Front desk staff being more informed on appointment times and dates Taking ownership of miscommunication to show you value your clients and their time Technicians being more customer oriented and friendly to all as you could miss opportunities of new clients based on first impressions.

We had to call multiple times and visit the location several times just to get some guidance on how to care for his skin. When you're performing a procedure as intense as a chemical peel, both the pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment care are critical. There should be proactive follow-up with clients to monitor their healing process and provide clear instructions and support regarding aftercare and recommended products. She bought my eyebrows back to life. After that I had to try her for my lashes and they are bomb! I don't like mine to long as natural as possible but to still showcase my eyes.
