I didn't blame Fruita wood as this was obviously a pay pal error. Since it hadn't shipped yet this could have been easily fixed. Instead the owner Bert told me to deal with PayPal. Which is what I did. Then he got upset because I went to pay pal. I didn't file a claim I just opened an inquiry to let pal pay know there was a problem. Bert obviously has social issues as I read other complaints where Bert's more interested in proving his point rather than just taking care of his customers. I certainly won't be ordering again and I'll let as many people as I can know what kind of business this is .

I keep getting new notices of delivery dates with what appears to be an exploded box of wood chunks lost in the FedEx system. I have sent emails to Bret, during business hours asking for a refund, the last on Friday, without a response. Next step, I know my credit card will respond on a chargeback request within seconds. I would avoid using this business due to the sheer lack of customer service from the staff. In attempting to communicate with Bert, the business owner, is like dealing with a 5 year old in the midst of an epic tantrum, wanting a blue tube of M&M's and won't stop screaming until he embarrasses his parents enough , they finally break down and gives their brat the M&M's. So sad and pathetic. After nearly a week late delivery attempt, I refused delivery and Bert, the business owner has become unhinged and is now making threats of credit card fraud. I forgot to add, the charge back dispute was successful and my credit card has already posted a full refund. It's hard to believe Bert does not have better and more productive things to attend to, than argue over $39.00.

My wife and eventually decided that it was time to replace, rather than repair so we went looking at the Sears Outlet store and another big box home improvement store but the set we found (and the price we wanted) was at this store. We got great service, a great price and super fast delivery. I read the reviews of the other location but I understand there is a new owner and I did not experience any poor service at this location.
