I was given a next day appointment by Valerie, with a two hour window. Dmytro showed up right on time! He didn't mess about. He went straight to work diagnosing my problem. Then he did his magic and suddenly my refrigerator was working like new. Dmytro showed me the condenser and it was disgustingly dirty. He cleaned that up to like new. After I waited for a week I was following up every day just to get an idea of when JR would actually be able to come out, he scheduled and then canceled last minute and then nothing.
