It's been over two weeks now- it takes 30 seconds to respond to a text at the least let alone schedule an appointment you can keep, no excuse. I've disputed with BBB and asked for my money back. A few days after purchasing a washer, I noticed a terrible smell coming from it. When I brought it up to Dori, she dismissed me and told me to run a clean cycle, which didn't help. I called back and spoke with Maggie, who said Dori would return my call--she never did. When I finally reached Dori again, she refused to help, claiming it was my fault because the machine was "functional." The smell was so bad it spread through my entire house and even gave me headaches. I reminded her of the 30-day warranty and the extended warranty I purchased, but she still refused to do anything. After pushing, she finally sent workers to check it out. They acknowledged the odor, as did two other workers in my home, but Dori still refused to take responsibility. She was rude, dismissive, and showed no concern for customer satisfaction. No refund, no exchange--just a horrible attitude. I ended up in tears after spending so much money on something that made my home unbearable. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. This store does not care about its customers!
