I have been looking for a Maine Coon kitten for some time. I became familiar with Jami and Majestic Maine Coons about 2 years ago. Jami has been really great and patient with me. She has not pushed any kitten, but has been trying to get me a kitten that is in line with my ideal kitten. I got a brown Tabby (Loki). Loki was very socialized. Jamie and her family spend the time to pet and play with the kittens, so Loki warmed up to me pretty quick and wanted play and petting. He explored his area at first and within a couple of hours had played with his toys, eaten, used his litter box and his scratch post(s). He is off to a fast start. I am pretty sure within a month, I will be able to train him to fetch a beer. I highly recommend Jami and her cattery. read more

Absolutely beautiful kitten! Previous to the holidays my daughter lost her 13 year old, rescue Maine Coon/Ragdoll cat due to cancer. My daughter was overcome with grief. Our Vet recommended getting another kitten but stay away from pure bred. However a friend had a beautiful cat from Majestic Maine Coons so I contacted them. They had a black and white kitten that we got for our daughter's Christmas. We could not be happier. Such a beautiful kitten with a fantastic, playful personality! I wish I could write a better review. Jami is a lovely person, but when I visited, all of the mother cats and kittens that I could see were in a trailer in her back yard. I saw no evidence that they were raised in her house. The smell was overpowering. Maybe it was just a bad day. I honestly don't know. Maybe she just puts them out there when they reach a certain age? The adult cats didn't strike me as clean either. I was worried about fleas. Could be an overreaction on my part. Other people seem to have a very different opinion. This was just my experience. I'm also unclear why the breeding cats seem to change so much over time. My advice is to insist on seeing both father and mother before looking at the sweet kitties and take your chosen one or two home as young as possible. Do the hand raising yourself. Maybe she just had too many cats at the time I visited and was overwhelmed. read more

Majestic Maine Coons is a family owned cattery. Jami raises her kittens inside her home and around her family of 5. When showing interest in her cattery, Jami was very responsive and answered all of my questions with knowledge and plenty of pictures. She offers to meet you with the kittens or allows you to visit her cattery. I went to pick up my new male kitten and left her home with a female also. The kittens come with past vet records including shots and neutered/spayed and are very social. I highly recommend visiting this cattery and considering a Majestic kitten for your new family member. To add-- I never thought a black cat was as gorgeous as the one I bought from her. Ellie is solid black and absolutely stunning. You must see her black beauties! read more

I purchased a little male kitten from Majestic Maine Coons about a month ago... He is THE BEST kitten I've ever had! He transitioned into our home beautifully! His temperement is sweet, gentle and fun. He is comfortable with all grooming routines including brushing and cleaning his paws. He has had no issues with using the litter. Jami was incredible to work with! She was prompt in correspondance and so sweet. She does a great job raising her kittens as is evidence in their ease of transition as well as their exceptional health!
