We have been using Majestic Mutts since it was only a small section within our vet's office. It has since expanded into its own grooming salon, and they do a great job! We always use Davina, and she does a great job! I love that it's so easy to book on their website. She always takes loving care with our little pups, and they always seem to come back looking great and in good spirits and with a little extra touch like a necktie or a seasonal bandana. We love Majestic Mutts!
This shop always does an amazing job in making our dog Strider looking good for the summer and honoring our request for not trimming his tail. Thank you Makenzie, including Davina and Trish for accepting our request and doing the job right. All of you know how to deliver the best quality and service. That's why we always bring our dog back, thanks again.
Trysha A. Has been so amazing with our buba, Whisper, she always makes sure he's coat is looking healthy and completely drys him off and makes sure he has a new stylist bandana. She's been our to go person for over a year when it comes to our sons hygiene. If you are looking for a new groomer I HIGHLY recommend Trysha, you can tell she has a love for animals.
I was searching high and low for a groomer that would be able to squeeze us in. I started search Friday night at 11:30pm. I searched Facebook in our doodle groups for recommendations; majestic mutts was on there. SUPER EASY booking-No waiting for a call back or anything. I was booked by 11:48pm. Saturday I received a text asking if we can come earlier-happily obliged. The only a person available was Kaitlin. I was a tiny bit hesitant as I hadn't seen anyone drop her name on any reviews yet BUT we booked her anyway. HAPPY to say KAITLYN did an amazing job! Our golden doodle is a baby still-she's only 6m. Kaitlyn did a Super smooth shave/clip. She did a wonderful job thru & thru. We will definitely be back.
My big 75 lbs Aussie and 18 lbs Cavalier Spaniel just looooooooove Davina. They are always happy to see her (Sorry Davina ). She always does exactly what I ask and my furbabies come out looking, smelling and feeling fresh and clean.
This place was amazing. Very clean, and the workers are really nice. It was Olives first haircut and Davina did such a great job! I am so happy to have been referred. Also it is very affordable.
Lily came back smelling fresh and clean and with a cute little bandana. The new store looks absolutely amazing and is definitely a huge upgrade from the previous location.
I've been taking my golden retriever Scout to Davina for almost 2 years and couldn't be happier with the results EVERYTIME! My pup is a bit on the anxious side and she always takes her time to make sure that he's comfortable. We love his long, luscious fur - so she just trims him up in the few areas we ask to tame down. He always comes out smelling so good, he's calm, and they give him a bandana, tie, etc - so he looks extra handsome! I recommend this groomer to all my friends with fur babies!
Summary: make sure to call and confirm prices, procedures, and scheduling before making your decision to book. Don't rely on the website. I debated between 3 or 4 stars, but decided to go with 3. I arranged to bring my boyfriends cat in for a shave. She is a difficult cat, as she is very scared and is not afraid to hiss/swat/bite when she's not happy, but she had some pretty bad matting so we knew we needed to take her in. I saw online that the feline haircut with sedation was a certain price and booked online for a time. They texted me and let me know that they would need to schedule a time with the vet for sedation, so we would have to find a specific time--we rescheduled. At that time I was also told that the price quoted online was not the actual price of the groom, and it can range depending on how easy the cat it. Also, the fee for the sedation was not included online. I went ahead and scheduled it anyways, but was a little turned off that the website quoted inaccurate pricing. On the day of the groom, my boyfriend took the cat in. We didn't realize we needed her vaccination records, and he couldnt remember which vax the cat had and when, so we paid to have the vaccination that day since the vet was able to offer it and we didn't want to reschedule. I'll admit, I wouldn't know if this is standard, but I reviewed the policies and procedures and didn't see that we needed the vaccination records. Otherwise, we could have called the vet prior to get them. They texted me to let me know when the cat would be ready to be picked up, and that they were able to clip her nails. I appreciated the update. But when we got her back, her lions cut was pretty unevenly done. The shave went to different lengths on her legs, and the cut lines were not very even. Again, I know she is a difficult cat, but I was under the impression thats what the sedation was supposed to help with. Overall, our experience was fine but it was a pretty expensive shave--ended up being almost double what we paid last time (granted, the last one was without sedation). I wish the website had included more accurate information so we could have known the details before scheduling.
I love this place! I take both my puppies here and they always do an amazing job! The staff are so friendly & welcoming & have definitely made our grooming experience easy! My puppies always leave super happy and looking absolutely perfect! Definitely recommend!

My wife doesn't like the idea of us spending money to groom our dog because we can do it at home, but after our dog got back from a grooming at Majestic Mutts, she was so impressed cause our pet looked so cleaned up afterwards that she suggested we bring our pet back after a long roadtrip. We have a golden retriever and typically do the Deluxe Bath - Large Longhair with Trysha, who's fantastic! Covers everything we need! Booking online, drop off and pick up is super easy. read more

We LOVED Majestic Mutts! The office itself is super cute and welcoming, which immediately made us feel comfortable. We were a little hesitant trying a new groomer after a previous experience where our requests weren't followed, but Trysha completely changed that for us. She took the time to listen, gave reassurance, and made sure we felt confident leaving our pup in her care. Communication was super easy, and we always knew exactly when to expect pickup, which made the whole process seamless. Overall, they made everything so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Majestic Mutts. Will definitely be back! Also, they give a bandana! Super cute :) read more

Majestic mutts is always so kind and fast to respond. Getting an appointment online is easy and they are so nice with my dog. We have a mini golden doodle and it's hard to find a groomer that trims her right, but they do it perfect every time! read more

We too eyed this grooming shop and thought the world of them at first. If there were negative stars available though, I would give the largest negative numeral possible. Almost every visit, Davina would gripe about 10 things or another. No matter how much we tipped her, cash I should add, she would constantly dramatize how difficult our Goldendoodles were to groom. Added to this, almost every appointment she would text asking if we could come in earlier than our scheduled appointment time. We obliged each time, despite our very busy work schedules. Every visit Davina would also want to shave to the skin our beautiful girl proclaiming, "she's too matted. I won't break my tools trying to demat her." Finally, we'd had enough. We took our doodle in, early as Davina once again requested, and she claimed to have rescheduled her appointment. I truly was in disbelief. I asked, what happened? The self-proclaimed "owner", Mckenzie, fires back scathing texts gleefully advising us that not only is "she the owner" but if we want to bring our girl back in, she will be fully shaved. Yes you bet I used one adult-language term. Yes, you bet I told her she is no kind of business owner, much less a "business" person. So...take a look at the photo. This is our beautiful angel, after finding a professional, experienced groomer, not even an inch of hair removed. Nice going Mckenzie and Davina. What pros you are. If you're looking for a quick, shave your dog to the skin, this is the right place for you. If you're looking for the most unprofessional, immature "business person" you could imagine trying to do business with, this is the right place for you. Otherwise, not. read more

We brought our 9 month old Pyrenees/Bernese mix in for her first professional grooming. I couldn't be more happy with the results. Mackenzie and Davina definitely had their hands full, as Miss Phoebe was a little apprehensive as it was her first time...and by "apprehensive", I mean she plops down and becomes 100 pounds of dead weight! But they handled her beautifully and the end result is amazing. Her coat is shiny, she smells amazing and I'm no longer being impaled by her nails! Thank you so much. I found Majestic Mutts because McKenzie had a spot in my veterinarian's office. That was about 4 years ago and I haven't considered another groomer since! I can tell that my dog likes her and he's not a fan of people trying to bathe him haha. Cory and McKenzie are so genuine and real animal lovers. I trust them with my Dude. Haven't had the pleasure of meeting Kennedy but if she's part of this wonderful team, I have no doubt my dog is in the best hands! The new location is so warm and welcoming. (Hopefully yelp doesn't remove this review) Been taking my two dogs here for years! Will never go to another salon again. McKenzie and all of her groomers there are amazing! If they text me to come early I always try my hardest to do so but if I'm not able to they don't make me feel bad about it. Most service places ask you to come early / sometimes even late, it happens. I've never had one single complaint coming here and I doubt it'll ever happen. Best place, groomers and owners! Our big princess lol Riley loves the owners and team! So do we. Riley it's so funny used a lettuce trim her paw hair, cut her nails, you know take her self wash all that good stuff but the moment she felt the good good and the pampering and the gentleness from them she decided that we are no longer her baiters LOL and that we do not get to groom her and she only comes here and she sings to them because she appreciates them in love. Best place recommend hands-down they treat your baby like they're theirs. read more
