Cutting our 2 dogs' nails once a month has become "Mission Impossible 5: Chihuahua Fury". We simply can't do it. They squirm, growl, and show their teeth! This is the closest place to home and also the most reasonably priced. For only $6 a dog, we get to watch our dogs freeze in fright as any of the friendly workers clip their nails easily and without fuss. Our dogs aren't the grooming type but we've seen some frou frou work nicely done for owners that want their dogs to look like four legged snowmen. It's a simple, no frills place that gets the job done for us. read more

I have been coming to Petite Bisou Salon for several years. I went more often when I lived on the same side of town. I have since moved and had been trying other groomers near me and honestly, these guys are the best, totally worth the drive for me. My fur babies get their nails, ears, glans, a bath and shaved. The lady working there I believe it's the owner call me at 3:18 letting me know that my dog was gonna be ready in 10 minutes so I got there at 3:34 The male owner was smoking outside and yell at me lady we told you at 3:15 we need to leave (this was a Saturday)At that moment I didn't realize what time they call me so I apologize and even I apologize he was extremely rude you don't do that to repetitive customer. read more

We used to come here frequently but the last few times have been horrid. Every time we now come here, our puppies come back either cut (with a deep gash) or extremely scared. I understand they have to have a way to get them to stay still, but really? To come back seemingly harmed? I wouldn't recommend this place anymore, it just doesn't seem to be that much dog-friendly. I would never take my dog there ever again. They are rude and only want to pick and choose dogs to groom. Ive taken my dog there before and I felt they never gave care to the dogs. I made an appointment one more time and I was told once i got there my dog is too old, he's 12 yrs old and they didn't want to groom him. The are unprofessional to say the least. They are foreigners and extremely rude. I do not like their work either. The only reason i took my dog there was because it was within walking distance. read more

I haven't had any problems the various times I've taken my dogs here. I don't recommend it for dogs with matted fur. I think its run by a couple and the gentleman has been great with my scared maltipoo. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because they're not very good with elaborate cuts and they have shaved my dogs when I wanted just a trim. Overall its a good deal for a simple cut and bath and I will continue to take my dogs here. read more

I cannot begin to explain how terrible the service was. if i could give no stars, i really fucking would. we took our dog here once before and he charged us $25. then the next month we come back and the guy remembers us really well and said it's $35. and i politely questioned him why he's charging us more and he got all pissed and took my dog out of their cage and literally threw my dog at me and said "No $25 bullshit here." and just pushed me out. i'm calling my lawyer for this. no dog should not be treated like this. when i left, i called the place to speak to a manager and some lady answered and started yelling at me on the phone and called me a bitch and to never call them again. i have never been this pissed in my life. sorry to say but this place was awful! my poor shih tzu's cut looks terrible and he was shaking after the experience. When I first dropped off my dog at 10:45 am they told me it would be 3-4 hours, which to me means latest 3 pm (I had to work @ 5). they told me someone would call when he was ready. I called around 2:30 to check on him but the phone just rang and rang, which I found slightly odd but figured maybe they were just busy with a bunch of dogs. I left my house @ 3:30 to go pick him up without ever receiving a call. When I got there I asked the man if my dog was ready and his female partner shouted from the back "that he wasn't ready and I'd have to come back, she was very busy." I told them I wasn't comfortable leaving my dog there since I had to be at work and they closed before I'd be able to come back to get him. The owner brought him out when I demanded to take him home and he was shaking and wet and half groomed. the owner and I argued over when he told me my dog would be ready and he and his female partner were very rude. I left with my dog and was super upset. the owner called me later and left a very apologetic voicemail and explained that they were very busy and he'd love to finish my dogs cut free of charge. I took him back against my better judgment and even though they fixed his cut it was fairly uneven as were his nails and he had a small cut above his eye where I'm assuming they nicked him with shears or something. My entire dealings here were odd and uncomfortable and even the salon itself is dingy and shoddy. NEVER GOING BACK!!! The only reason i gave two stars was because the owner did call and apologize and did "fix" the cut for free. read more

I take my terrier and they only charge me $28..Full service includes bath brush, haircut, nail clipping & filed, ear cleaning & hair plucked, anal glands expressed, sanitary shave, teeth bushing and more....and the owners are a very nice couple...After I pick up my dog he smells & looks great! read more

I called and asked for the price. The owner said "I refuse to accept a relay call from the deaf person." then hung up on me. For those who are not familiar with the relay call, A video relay service (VRS), also sometimes known as a video interpreting service (VIS), is a videotelecommunication service that allows deaf, hard-of-hearing and speech-impaired (D-HOH-SI) individuals to communicate over video telephones and similar technologies with hearing people in real-time, via a sign language. I went to Petite Bisou Salon and told the guy that I do not appreciate you hung up on me. Of course, he denied it. He asked me if I wanted to make an appointment. I said no because you were rude to me. He got mad and yelled "have a good day!". Please do not use their service. read more

I do not recommend bringing your dog to this place. The owner and his partner were very rude and insulting. When we went to pick up our dogs, not only did he make some rude remarks about my dog, but he also gave some nasty comments towards me. I do not appreciate the attitude and the treatment as a customer. If I could give a "no star" rating, I would because that's how much I got irritated by this place. Anyways, save yourself some time and bring your pet to another place that will not give insults about you and your pets. read more
