And his reply was, "sorry sweetie that'll be $65" UNBELIEVABLE! Did not even say sorry, did not offer to work with me on the cost, no offer to fix it... NO CLASS AND SO RUDE! They do not care about the customer here and I will never be bringing my dog here again. I've added photos so you can see how they butchered my dog. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I will mention my dog is a senior dog, has anxiety and isn't the easiest to handle. Be that as it may, what the owner should have done was if that was going to be an issue, or the groomer felt uncomfortable or knew they would not be able to cut my dog's hair properly, Greg the owner should have called me and told me to pick up my dog.... At my second interview I was left alone in the back and told to CLEAN MULTIPLE KENNELS, while the interviewer stepped out to take a phone call. Keep in mind this is completely UNPAID WORK while I was on my interview!! While on the floor and scrubbing the kennel walls I remained silent as I was told I would receive a call back from the manager "Frank". During the 2 week process I have never met him nor received a call back. While there may have been other applicants and it is understandable, the act of TAKING ADVANTAGE of applicants, let alone having them do unpaid work then ghosting, is completely disrespectful and REFLECTS HOW THEY OPERATE. There are much better daycares in the area. I WOULD NEVER TAKE MY DOGS HERE!
