I told the man at the desk exactly what we wanted even showed a photo of the cut from the previous visit. He took a photo of the photo for reference but obviously didn't use it. She had a beautiful full tail with no mats. The photo shows what she came home with. They called and said she had a few mats and wanted to trim her a little shorter... I just brushed her 3 days ago the only mats she had was on her inside back legs. She was basically shaved down to the skin. When I said I wasn't happy even angry they just made excuses telling me she was so matted. Anna, the groomer came out and made more excuses never asking me what was bad. When I showed her tail to the cashier at the front desk he just giggled. Horrible customer service. Everything about it was bad if you decide to go after my review don't let Anna touch your baby.

The change of our doggie losing her primary caregiver, moving down here with us and leaving the only groomer she knew was overwhelming. So it was a godsend when we found Kim. Kim cares a lot about your dog. Notice I didn't say she cares about dogs, although I'm sure she does. But she cares about your dog, as in your individual dog. That's not easy to find. She was really patient with our 13 year old dog and took really good care of her. When we first started bringing her here, Meko (our dog) was a bit nervous. Now, when I pull up, she's excited and happy to see her new little grooming family. The staff here is great and Kim makes you feel very comfortable bringing your dog here. If you're looking for a groomer and you're in the area, I'd definitely give her a try.

I had been coming here for 4 years in Boynton. Always had no issue. They switched locations in…read moreBoynton and I felt a different vibe there but went three times. This past time they damaged my dog's eyes. When we left he couldn't open his eye. I had to take him to the vet immediately. The vet records show it's a chemical burn on his cornea from shampoo. Plus he has always had a skin tag on his lower eyelid that the groomer should've been careful with. Now he's on antibiotics for his eye and pain meds and in a lot of pain wearing a cone and i can only hope he heals. I reached out and haven't heard back from Boss. I'm extremely disappointed to say the least. I'm angry, my baby is hurt, my vet bills should be reimbursed by Boss and if his eyes don't heal i don't know what i will do. To not even hear back after reaching out 12 hours ago at 8am is unacceptable.

There was no evidence she had been walked or watered. This is unfortunate and also unacceptable. She came home guzzled water hadn't been out in seven hours ....unacceptable and very disappointing. The service, other than the young girl at the register who apologized and attempted to explain. They forgot to put on Gracie's collar with her ID and the young girl at the front desk was kind enough to deliver it. The timing process was unacceptable, but the haircut was beautiful.

She's down to earth, easy to talk to, and is great at communicating what's going on with my dog so I can easily understand. She never rushes and will spend all the time needed answering questions. My rescue dog has always been terrified at the vet's office but Dr C & her staff are very kind and gentle with my dog so that definitely helps. This is a professional clinic with friendly, competent staff and it's a very nice facility. Can't say enough great things & highly recommend!

We recently took our older dog here for an ear infection and the substitute vet barely spent any time with us, did not tell us he had dropped 10 pounds in just a few months (and did not tell us his weight) and the assistant did not explain any of the charges before performing the services.
