Billy has been doing my pups for 20 years. He is always polite and professional even when I bring him a matted mess. I drop off my Roxie looking scruffy and pick up a princess. My pup looks forward to going to see him. Yes he charges more for a matted mess, ($85) but it takes him longer to make her right. I'm sure it's more stressful for him and her. Yes she is there for a few hours but to me it's worth the wait. I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you Billy for your loving care to my pets. read more

Rip off. Took my dog in for just a bath & nail trim. After 3 1/2 hrs her nails weren't trimmed & her "bath" was a shot of perfume -in-a-can

My mom has been going here for years, so I decided to take my pup here. They're very professional compared to other places I have gone to. Most grooming spots are employed by inexperienced workers who seem to do the same cut regardless of breed. The cost is less here too. One note, he only takes cash or check and doesn't take appointments. You just need to drop your pup off before 11am any day they're open. read more

Loved the fact I could bring Jaxson in without an appointment and he was ready in 2 hours. I did have a concern about his nails being clipped. I explained his nail issues and Bill still cut his nails short and admitted he made 3 of them bleed. Hopefully in the future he doesn't cut them so short. read more

Visiting from out of town we needed to find a place for a quick, last minute, grooming for our pup. We called in the morning and got a same day appointment. Very nice grooming. Looks so cute. My only criticism is the man that greeted us when we came in. If he lightened up and didn't act so rough around the edges, this would be a 5 star review. read more

They should tell you they don't accept cards here instead of you driving clear across town to come use their service. It's also not professional to degrade a possible customer because they don't carry even $5 cash. I'll definitely not be using their services. read more

This is the best groomers around. Billy is the most experience groomer in the area .I was told he's been doing this over 40 years. There's no cages doesn't cost extra for flea shampoo and dip .My dogs Turner and Boss and my cat fluffer come home smelling amazing and happy. They do their best to have them out as early as I need them ,sometimes I drop them off before work and I'm able to pick them up at 3 when I get out of work. They Treat my fur babies like their own,my one dogs is 15 years old and you need a lot of patience to work on her, every other grooming place has turned me away when I needed their help the most. Billy and his helper are amazing with with my Turner,they took their time and patience to let Turner to be comfortable there. No other groomer has ever been able to do this. Really the first time you've had this issue in 44 years i had the same issue about 6 weeks ago i called to make an appointment and was never informed that it was a cash only business and when i got There and tried to pre-pay for the service so that my daughter could pick up my dog when she was done I was then informed that it was a cash only business and I was also belittled because I didn't carry cash on me and now this asshole of an owner is telling this young woman that she shouldn't just assume maybe you should tell people when they call in that it is a cash only business your staff is unprofessional and you are unprofessional. read more

I have to travel to NYC with my dog. I needed to find a groomer, asap. I sent a yelp message to the groomer and he answered me within 3 minutes. I was told to come in before 11 AM. It's on a "first come" basis. They do not take appointments so as to be flexible for pet owners. William told me my dog would be ready by 1 PM. True to his word, i got the call. I love that they are conveniently located, and reasonably priced. I found William to be professional and pleasant. My dog's cut was beautiful. Fuzzy Face did a great job and I would definitely return to their establishment. read more

Taking my cocker spaniel here for years. The owner has an eye for detail and makes him look like a show dog. Prices are reasonable too!

This place is awesome! I recently moved from New Jersey to Palm Beach and the groomers we had back home for our fur babies would takes such good care of them. Looking for that kind of service is tough, but here the staff is super awesome and treat your fur babies with lots of love. I loved how the dogs are not kenneled while they wait to get groomed. My dogs get anxious when put in a kennel and I loved how they can roam around freely. I will definitely be returning back here again! read more

I'm sorry but for $85, I was not very satisfied. The owner was there and he was not very friendly, and didn't seem to care if he got my business. I told him I just moved into the area. I have paid a lot less and got better service. My dog had shave lines all over, and she came home and drank 2 bowls of water as if she was not given any all day. I will not be going back. read more
