I was so upset, and went somewhere else and just had to hope for the best. My future daughter in law also told me they treat her way better if she is with me, than when she is by herself! She runs a great business, provides excellent results, and is pleasant to talk to. The facility is clean, beverages are offered, and the facility is spacious and pretty. She remembers me from prior visits which makes me feel valued, as does the receptionist. The color selection is large, including new seasonal colors just added! My difficult nails simply look better and last longer than other places. I've had GelX, Acrylic, and Dip from Phoebe as well as pedicures from the other techs, and love it all every time. The massage chairs are comfortable and relaxing. A nail tech and pedicure tech will work on both at the same time to allow me to get in & out of there quicker. This seems to be a Texas practice, it was new to me when I moved here and I do like it to help manage my busy working mom schedule. When I have the time, I may reserve my nails separate from my pedi to be able to fully enjoy the massage chair as needed to turn it off during any detailed nail work. My first summer with Phoebe included many different colors and designs on my nails. She never disappointed and always checked to make sure I liked it! My 4th of July nails were my absolute favorite with blue & red nails and a few well placed stars. Phoebe also did marbling for me one time, and I was truly amazed at her artistry. So beautiful. The area is growing rapidly, so recommend making an appointment, but walk ins are welcome. I REALLY appreciate that I can text to schedule an appointment as it is hard to make calls during the day. Just wanted my nails and cuticles done . When it was all said they did the manicure and the lady put some hand scrubb on and wiped it off with hot towel and put my hand in a bag of wax . They charged me 45 dollars and I didn't know if that was part of the service or not but when they charged me the 45 I figured they must have not understood me and I paid it along with a 10 tip since the lady was nice and did her job . I got home and my wife said that was all wrong since she goes there all the time and the 45 is a full service with a mask , a yellow neck pillow and a ten minute neck massage none of which I got or was offered and wouldn't have accepted anyway . My wife called them to talk with them and they verified with the actually tech who flat out lied and said she did all of the services even a ten minute neck massage . I was blown away that was a straight up lie . I get part of this was my fault for not knowing exactly what I was paying for but to just out right lie to my wife over this is disgusting . Such a simple solution to an issue even a credit on the next visit for the difference would have been a simple solution . The lady said that she will discuss this with Sophia so this wouldn't happen to any other customers in the future and said she was busy with a client and had to go . So basically instead of just making the issue right she insisted that I was being dishonest by saying her nail tech did the services I was charged for . My wife , daughters , and myself will never be going back to this place .
