I got my windows tinted with them.1 month in to having my tint it started peeling on my drivers side door. I didn't roll down my windows for 3 weeks and did everything I was told and it still peeled after a month. I called them asking what I should do about this and they said they would fix it free of charge. He blew me off the first appointment to get it done. I had plans and had to change them just to get told I can't do it now after already driving there. He was full for 2 weeks so i had to wait another 2 weeks for another appointment. That day rolls around and he gives me a call. Tells me I can't do it today can we reschedule for another week. I said ok upset. That day rolls around I'm not able to make it I sprained my ankle 2 days before it. I give him a text because I'm tired of calling him at this point. Tell him hey can we schedule for another day something came up. I was never given a text back, or a call back. Customer service sucks and the tint job.
