I did my due diligence and called around to gather information about the tinting itself, and the prices. I was very concerned when a couple places told me they would not touch my car. I decided to make an appointment with New Wave. When I brought my car in I discussed my concerns about other places not doing my car. He explained the probable reason to me. He was very confident in his skills and had no concerns. He brought out a roll of film to show me , and we discussed the % that would look best on my car. I felt comfortable leaving things in his hands. I was VERY pleased when I came back to pick my car up. The pricing was fair and the work top notch. On top of that, he was a really nice guy. They had an opening from a cancellation on Tuesday morning, so I took that opening, and I was able to drop my car off on Monday evening. There is a key lockbox, and the the exterior has cameras all around for security. They finished the work about 6 hours before the estimated time (I was told evening, and it was done about noon on Thursday). I picked up the car on Thursday evening when I was available with no problem. They were thorough with instructions to protect the work done. I highly recommend Blackout.
