I decided to give this studio a try. I booked an appointment online with Liberty. She is AMAZING! Liberty listened to what I wanted, gave me a lot of options and recommendation. She is fantastically talented, incredibly patient and impeccably detailed oriented. The results were impressive. I now have beautiful lashes without the need to apply makeup. I felt like I found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Place is clean, cozy and cute. Lots of parking. It's located next to Starbread. Online appointment system via vagaro is convenient. You don't have to deal with the heat of regular wax if that bothers you. I'm very easy so I am good with either but I can see sugaring being more efficient. The after wow its like it took more hair from me. Idk but I know I have no red spots. No ingrown hair and I would definitely do it again. I also got a new set of uv led lashes and add always I'm in love. Adrienne makes you feel so incredible comfortable(rather you are waxing/ sugaring or getting your lashes done) when visiting her space. My lashes are long and beautiful. I just wanted thicker and darker lashes for Valentine's Day. Renee had my phone number. She left me a voicemail. Renee texted me, on March 6, 2021, stating she would meet me at her shop and she would give me my cash back. I can barely move. So I had my daughter with me. Can you believe that even though she's the aggressor and she's the one that cussed me out and told me to "leave her the F*ck alone", she had a Police Officer there standing by? The officer looked really upset. They have better things to do than to baby sit people. When she texted me she said she wanted me to sign a receipt for the cash she was refunding me. Well guess what she did? She wrote on a blank piece of paper that she was refunding me the money. Then she wrote that I agree not to post negative comments about her. I will never agree to that, so I scratched lines through that paragraph before I signed her hand written receipt. I will never lie about a person. And not telling the world that she's a horrible lash person would make me a liar. I'm not deleting my reviews because what I wrote about her is the truth. Renee created huge problems between two families that was completely unnecessary. I told her about my life and she shared what I told her with someone else who doesn't know me. She just "heard of me". Hopefully, Renee learned her lesson not to gossip and betray the trust of her clients. Hopefully, she gets better training on lash extensions and invests on better products. I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day (there was even some same-day appointments but that didn't work for me). Other places I looked at didn't have anything for weeks, even months. Anyways, I'm glad I went to Renee. I noticed immediately that her spa/boutique is very clean and welcoming. I was brought back early for my appointment (I arrived 20 mins early to fill out paperwork) and it was nice not having to sit and twiddle my thumbs waiting for my service. Renee did a great job with the microdermabrasion, she answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable even though I came in feeling a little self-conscious. My face was so soft and clean when I was finished. I felt great! I also asked Renee about products because sometimes I feel overwhelmed and don't know what to use. She made recommendations and even said she would not push the product on me--she told me other places I could buy her products as well. However, her prices were the same, if not better, than big stores such as Ulta, because she was having a sale. I bought a few things because I wanted to and not because I felt pressured. Overall, my bill was way under what I expected it to be for both the microdermabrasion and the skincare products! I paid with Venmo (even though she had other payments options) which I appreciate because I don't think many people carry cash these days, or at least not enough to pay for much. I will definitely be returning to Renee for my next service and will recommend her to others.

That's when she found this place and I was glad to be able to capture some bts shots. The owner opened up early for us on a Tuesday morning and it was perfect!!! Being in a shop all alone can be a bit odd, especially on your wedding day, but Erin made the bride feel like she was in her hotel and providing some of the best conversations while she worked her skills. The end result was amazing and the style matched the brides' personality to the "T". As the photographer for the entire day, I saw how well the style held up in all the photos. That requires some skills, as we photos in Napa, Sacramento, and then back to Napa Valley all in the same day... and the shots at the end of the day looked just as good as the morning. Ladies, I would highly recommend coming here for blowouts or styles, no matter your hair type, the staff will get your right when you leave for whatever event you have.

The charm of the salon was nice and simple. I love the fact that they book one client for each person so it was only two of us in the building at a time. The products they used on my hair are amazing. The shampoo smelled great and had my hair feeling so clean! I also opted for color this time around so right now I'm happy with it. My hair is so straight! The flat iron lasted so nicely the last time which is why I came back. My appointment was for 2 hours. I was out the door immediately afterward with no delays. It was hard for me to trust again. Ana the hairstylist at Salon 5 reassured me, that she would be able to fix my brassy orange hair. Not only did she fix my hair but she also transform my hair in to something that I've never had. My hair is Beautiful. She listen to everything I said that I wanted. She went above and beyond my expectations. She also added a little pop of color, I wanted purple and it was so beautiful the way she did it.
