This business belligerently charged me for services with the knowledge I am new to the area and that they are NOT located in the area (Napa) I live and it's a 40 minute drive to get there ( Vacaville). My conversation with Sophie included my wishes for appointments that will fit my tight schedule and she welcomed me to Napa? She didn't text directions until a few hour's prior which of course put her in a position to rob me . I am tired of having to " police" my money because of individuals who decide bad business is a sustainable practice. Shame on the owner for not having the grace to refund my hard earned money. So I came in for a haircut. I color my hair at home. Frankly I'm happy with coloring my hair at home. I mentioned that to the hair stylist and I don't know if that's offensive to a stylist but she just ridiculed me for it. She kept mentioning that my color wasn't even, my hair was fine, damaged, and while she was cutting it she would mention how the color was distracting her from getting a good cut. I just did not ask for any of that. Aside from all those initial offensive remarks, it just went quiet, no fun small talk, didn't ask me anything about myself, even though I initiated with her. It was seriously the worst interaction and I left feeling like crap. The haircut was fine, but not $100 worth which is what I paid. However that wouldn't be a problem if I hadn't had to leave feeling like garbage. I've never had a worse salon experience. Ruined my whole day. read more

I can drive to marin and get a cut for less, and it's marin! . ..And then (see below- can't respond) she insulted me, "find a place in your neighborhood" etc. Nice. Lady, I only moved here because i lost a job - a 900k house, a 35 ft sailboat after 9/11 due to another company and self-righteous jerk who put himself before his people! Came to see Sarah B. for new color. I had an existing demi permanent brown that made me feel very drab. I wanted to lighten it up with a balayage style. I have extremely thick long hair and Sarah took her time giving me the most beautiful blonde balayage! She did what she called "color melding" (I think anyway) and blended the base brown color into the blonde seemlessly. I've worn extensions for years and nothing compares to NBR. I have been to DKW salon in Laguna beach multiple times and although they do good work, Kailee still does better! Absolutely awesome group of stylists. I have had extensions for the last 3 1/2 years and I needed to find a method that would not need to be tightened after 3 weeks, that's when I found NBR. The next part was finding a skilled stylist that specialized in NBR and color. After a ton of research I found Randee.Geck and from the first consult I felt extremely comfortable with her. Randee is very meticulous with everything she does, the extensions are absolutely gorgeous and they last 8 plus weeks minimum, I absolutely LOVE them.
