I recently came here with a men's navy suit. The jacket came back fine, but the pants came back sloppily pressed and, perhaps more egregiously, a washed-out almost deep purple color. The jacket and pants now do not match, and I guess I'll need to get a new suit. Would avoid at all costs, especially since there are similar reviews on here about post-cleaning color changes to garments. Seems they don't quite have the "Majik Touch" they claim. read more

Not only do they do great dry cleaning, but they wash and dry items like washable bedspreads and coverlets and drapes that aren't always easy to wash and dry at home. Terrible - do not recommend. This place would be out of business if they didn't corner the market for Emory students without cars. Returned my NEW clothes with stains and splotches that resulted from the questionable chemicals they used to clean my clothing. HORRIBLE - worst part is that they proceeded to raise their voice with me and use a nasty tone when I pointed out the damage to my clothing. Do not go here! Family run business that truly cares. They clean on site and are always very accommodating to our requests when items are needed urgently. As an aside, I had unknowingly left a pair of silver cuff links on one of my shirts. They were kind enough to set these aside and notified me accordingly. Prices are fair as well. Great dry cleaners. All work is done on premise. I have used them for nearly 10 years and have never had a problem. They are super friendly and family run. Reasonably priced (my husband tried a home pick up service, even at the half price introductory rate they were more than double Majik Touch). I've heard horror stories about other cleaners ruining clothes and have had other businesses lose my items, but not here. And so many people have problems with shirts returned from the cleaner with missing or mangled buttons - I take in shirts without buttons and they are returned with buttons. read more

I love this place. It's the only place that will do overnight dry cleaning in the area. If my husband needs to go to New York on Wednesday. I can drop it off on Monday and have it back by Wednesday. Never had a problem. They fold the shirts we want folded. They hang the pants we want on hangers. Would totally recommend to others. read more

Whenever I have to have something cleaned at the last minute, they find a way to get it done; they are able to deliver for their customers because they do all work on the premises. Went to Majik Touch for a while, thier dry cleaning services are adequate for the price point, but I recently had a very poor experience there. I brought in a dress shirt to be dry cleaned and it was returned with a hole in it. When I asked the owners about the hole, they were very uncooperative and rude about the entire situation, stating that the hole was there before the cleaning had taken place. I have used Majik Touch for dry cleaning and washing of certain clothing a few times and I will never go back. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with a second and third chance, but no more. The first time I used them I had them clean and press some lab coats. I received them back and they had lint and animal hairs all over them (I don't have any pets) and they had pressed them right down the middle of the patch so the patch was irreversibly split down the middle (really? you didn't notice that giant patch?). Okay, no big deal, it's just a lab coat. The second time my shirts came back once again looking like they had not been cleaned with lint all over them. I decided to give them one more chance because I really like supporting local family businesses and there are always so many customers there that I though I must be missing something. Unfortunately, they managed to completely ruin a beautiful new jacket. I suspect they washed it instead of dry cleaning it as I asked and as the label indicates, because it is now completely faded of color and the material even feels different. Sigh. Lesson learned. Sorry Majik, but I expect that the service I'm paying for will be completed in a professional manner. I shouldn't have to continuously rewash or even replace items I'm paying them to clean. read more
