No apology, had to pay for cleaning- no credit for damaged item. Wife washed it once and got stain out with stain treatment spray. Not sure why they couldn't help but more importantly why they didn't care. My wife reminded me they ruined one of her dresses many years ago- we will be looking for a new place!

My family owns dry cleaners all over LA and this is the first time I'm hearing of this technique being used... these people have no clue! If you care about your clothes, expensive or not... find another company for your dry cleaning needs before these people ruin your clothes too!
