The place was dead too when we were there Saturday night so made no sense to nickel and dime us. Got the fat boy burger and it was trash. The beef was dry and I'm pretty sure they use the frozen al safa beef patties found in the grocery store. This place has great hookah, great food, great service and friendly staff. Their mozzarella sticks may have been the best mozzarella sticks I've ever had in my life. On Saturday my brother had his 21st birthday party and legit 2 days before the party we decided to hit up Majnoon. We've been coming here for quite some time since they've opened. I've known these guys for some time and their customer service is fantastic. They greet you with a smile and handshake and recommend the best of the best flavors, meals and drinks. However, we went there and we came up with the idea of getting some hookah for the party. We ended up talking to Mas and Omar who works there and they gave us some ideas and insight on flavors, amount of hookahs to get, unbeatable prices etc.. Let me just tell you all, these guys ended up becoming like family to us for being there and helping out with the hookahs, taking care of everything, making some AMAZING hookah. Everybody that had some of the hookah kept complimenting how long lasting it was, nobody was coughing up a storm at all, and it was suitable to serve about 20 or so heads. If you guys ever need catering for hookah for a party, come to Majnoon for catering services. Prices are amazing, the flavors are amazing and long lasting, the workers who stay and help are super friendly, well-mannered, patient and great workers. The Premium Wagyu Beef Burger has become a staple of my diet, and I feel compelled to order it every time I find myself at Majnoon. I follow a strict Keto diet, and as such I require a certain specificity in my food, and the staff always oblige in making sure my food is prepared the way I request, and it is done so to perfection. The staff and the service is expeditious, always making sure your needs are met swiftly and properly. They have a very amiable disposition as is the general atmosphere of the establishment. There is also ample entertainment options available. There is music playing, TVs are on to watch sports or shows, there is always conversations taking place, it's just a generally very relaxed and hospitable environment. As far as health and safety are concerned, the lounge is kept spotless, food and hookah are prepared fresh, and there is ample ventilation and air conditioning systems as to keep air flow and climate control acceptable. Did not have a positive experience here. I was really excited to try the wagu beef burger but it wasn't the way I thought it'd be, super dry and overcooked. The mozzarella sticks were okay but I think the best part about my meal was the burger bun and the fries. The spot is really small too, and the hookah is alright. The guy had to change the hookah I think three times before we were really able to pull something. Wouldn't come back here but I think if you're looking for a chill week day place and you live around there, come. If not, I wouldn't really recommend. read more
