The only negative was the service was very slow despite it not being crowded when we first arrived. I can totally see why this place has the ratings it does. Upon entering it looks nice, looks like it would be a good place with vibes. The decor is nice, we got there as it opened so we knew it wasn't gonna be jumping which was cool. I'm guessing it gets packed later. The food & drinks were mid. The wings & fries are like frozen that they throw in an air fryer idk. Very mid. The drinks weren't all that. The games were a bit dirty. This is the place blowing up on social media?! As soon as we walked in on a Saturday night I said "wow it's hot in here". Our ID's are checked and then we're shown to our seats. The seating areas are LOW to the ground and uncomfortable for small parties BUT perfect for large parties. You'll have to sit right next to whoever you're with in hopes of hearing them. Menus are accessible via QR code located on the table. Happy hour is daily 6pm - 10pm. Complimentary hookah with purchase of a drink and food. I went with Watermelon Mint for my hooks flavor. After first pull it had to be adjusted because A it wasn't pulling and B the tip of the hose was cracked/broken off. After adjustments the hookah was 4 out of 10. The food menu is extremely limited so we went with a sampler plate. Comes with 5 wings, mozzarella sticks and curly fries. Since we were sharing it we asked for 2 small plates. I ordered a platter she brought me back one appetizer from the platter...which was not listed for individual sale. She charged us many miscellaneous fees gave us a receipt that listed $28 as the change but only gave us back $8. We asked her where was the rest she said it was her tip. This place is high-way robbery. They make you pay your tab as soon as you order. You cannot keep a tab open. The reason is you get charged a high percentage of a "service charge" per transaction. This has to be illegal. If you want multiple drinks, that's a different check, with tax and a service charge. You can't order multiple drinks at a time to put in to avoid this high fee. read more

I was highly annoyed and ready to walk out. 10 minutes after getting the hookah it was burnt out I blew out so it could be less harsh and water came out. I am a hookah smoker that is very false that should not have happened and she should have fixed it but instead started asking me do I want a refill, why should I pay for a refill so soon? My friend ordered a drink they gave her the wrong drink on top of that she's allergic to strawberries and that's what they gave her. They did nothing to accommodate this mess up. I went to this establishment for my friends birthday on a Friday evening. It took me 15 minutes before anyone could take my order then 15-20 minutes before my order got there. To my astonishment the total of my food and drinks were added to the bill before either one of them were given to me. I Mean This From the Absolute Bottom of my heart that This lounge is by Far the Most Unprofessional, Problematic, and Disrespectful Lounge I've ever had the the Displease of Working in. I Worked as One of the Main DJs on the lineup of The Venue. The People who Own the Business Do Not Care about Customers at all they only care about taking their money and kicking you out once your table reservation is done. I've had to pull some strings just to let a few Customers stay a little longer just so they'd enjoy their time and hopefully come back. I've had to bear witness to a disgusting environment that they call a kitchen with constant hot water issues, Greasy & disgusting fryers and on occasion mice running between the fryer and the refrigerator. the only good thing about this place is the customers who try their best to enjoy their time here despite the greedy and unprofessional owners who own the shop.
