After I looked at his Yelp page, I agreed to have him do the repairs. Eric Laettner's Mobile Mechanic Service was excellent! I posted what I needed on Yelp at 2:20 pm. We agreed to have him do the work. He let me know he was finishing another job and would be here in the late afternoon. He showed up and had already picked up the parts he might need. He had my car up off the ground, removed all four tires, and checked them. Checked brake pads, rotors, and connections he could see. He completed the work at about 9 pm. -From posting the request for repairs to finishing was in a 7-hour time frame! -I didn't need to drive to a repair shop. -He explained the process and handled my questions. -My cost was 50% less than what I was quoted at the local repair shops. -This was my first time using a mobile service for mechanical work. I went to ASR right after I had a horrific experience at another tire and alignment shop. The…read moreprevious place did a complete and utter hack job. They actually made my alignment worse, gave me check engine lights, and couldn't even balance the wheels properly. When I got to ASR, Vuthy pointed out that the previous shop had put an excessive amount of wheel weights on one side of the wheel. He explained that the correct way to fix it would have been to break the bead and rotate the tire on the wheel so it would balance properly instead of just stacking weights in one spot. It was crazy how many weights were on there. That alone gave me confidence I had finally found people who actually knew what they were doing. I ended up paying them to do the work because it just was not worth the stress and hassle to deal with the previous shop. When it came to the alignment, Vuthy pointed out my lower ball joint was worn -- meaning the previous shop should never have aligned it in the first place, since it wouldn't fully hold anyway. Instead, he aligned it for free as a stopgap so my new tires wouldn't wear unevenly in the meantime. Once I had time, I brought it back and had the full lower control arm replaced given the mileage on the truck. Could not be happier with the result. It's absolutely insane how far above and beyond this shop has gone to get my truck running perfectly. This is exactly how an automotive shop should be--customer service oriented. They know what they're doing, they have the experience to do the work right, and they don't cut corners. I imagine that's why they have so many repeat customers and referrals. When you do great work and treat people right, it pays off in the long run. They have completely set a new bar for me when it comes to getting work done on my vehicle, and I'm so grateful Vuthy and his crew exist.

I did try that and it did not work or maybe there was a miscommunication. So on my 2020 Lexus NX 300. Your front license plate might get bent on the sides. Other than that everyone there is super friendly and it's a pretty good deal if you go several times in a month.
