Where do I start? How do I start? The place is decent They're getting some type of construction done as per service. Horrible specially the monkey they hired as a receptionist. I forgot the gentleman's name that was helping me, but he was Tall bigger build. Don't ask too many questions though because then their job becomes a hassle I brought in a 2024 Toyota Camry XSE 9800 Miles for a rear bumper replacement. I started asking him to breakdown the quote in front of his monkey receptionist and he started making funny gestures with his face so I asked him what's funny he stuttered and couldn't give me any real information on the quote breakdown. The monkey obviously has no manners and kept on laughing so I just told him to keep his quote and have a good day. He insisted that he has sent it to my insurance Allstate and I told him no problem. I'll just decline it honestly I wouldn't come to this caliber collision at least not this location. The location I'm used to using is in Washington. I had to bring in my GMC Yukon to Caliber Collision's in Fresno California on off Blyth because I got rear ended at a red light so I had back in damage as soon as I pulled up I was greeted by Felipe p an a man who works in the garage I don't remember his name but he's a middle-age man with longer salt and pepper hair that was tied back in a rubber band anyways they were extremely nice, extremely respectable and honestly they were treating my car as if it was theirs. They were noticing things that I hadn't even noticed and promised that it would get fixed no matter what and that's exactly what they did, I am giving them five stars because honestly my truck looks better than before and I'm also giving them five stars for their customer service.Felipe p and the other gentleman I spoke to we're awesome. I have to give it to the whole staff at this Caliber Collision, they were all really great and treated me with the upmost respect. I would definitely recommend this place and I hope I never get into a car accident again but if I do, I would definitely be coming back y'all have a customer for life. I took my car in after I was rear ended and drove more than 30 miles to this location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. So much, that they informed me there were Caliber Collision shops closer to my home, for my convenience. I was so impressed that I was willing to travel back to their location when I had additional concerns about my car after they repaired the original damage. I can't remember the last time I received such great customer service from any business. As for the work itself- they repaired my car in under the estimated time, they sent me text message updated throughout the process, and my car was returned to me even cleaner than when I dropped it off. Bullshit company! I bought my vehicle 3 months ago. It was in a small fender bender a year ago. My car was recently side swiped by some kid in his daddy's car. Caliber collision refused to work on the vehicle because of the previous accident a year ago. All they kept telling me is that I needed to take it back to the previous shop that worked On it. Like how the hell am I supposed to find that out! It was a previous owner and no way of contacting them. you're a body shop that my insurance covers. How are you in bussiness. I didn't ask for my car to be hit and they make it even harder to get process over and done with. I would not recommend any caliber collision for work. read more

Great service! They were very nice from the beginning and made the whole exchange pleasant and easy. My car took far less time then I expected to be completed (only about 3 days) and when I got my car back they had cleaned the inside and out. Wow!! I was sent here by AAA() for a repair on my 2014 Accord and I am absolutely pleased with the results!! One of the things I loved was that while my vehicle was getting repaired I would get text messages of the progress which I thought was really nice because we all wonder what's going on while our vehicles are in the shop right? Another thing I really liked was when I went to sign paperwork for the repairs to get started the staff had clear pictures of the damages and showed them to me without me having to ask. Finally the main reason why I'm giving them such a great review is because they went Above and Beyond by going out of pocket and purchasing a battery for my vehicle!! I mean what shop does that!?!? Caliber Collision repaired my car after I had got into an accident. The repair for my car took about a week and a half. When I received my car back it looked brand new as if I got a new car again. Caliber Collision also exceeded my expectations but fixing areas on my car that was not included in the crash and contacted my insurance to get it included in repair. Don't ever take your vehicle here if it's an insurance claim. They hold your vehicle hostage until all bills have been paid by the insurance company. Also found out that they have collected from both the insurance company and the individual on several occasions and kept both checks. Be careful of this one!
