The man that walks the row of cars asking what you want is an idiot. I feel like leaving my window up as he approaches when I'm 10 cars back. I can't read the sign and I don't know what I want. But this guy thinks he is speeding up the process? It's like a waiter asking you to order without ever giving you a menu. Now I have to talk to someone I really don't like nor do I want to know him. Today the man did the same thing. I said I wanted the wax on the car so he sells me a "home run" but once I was able to read the sign I wanted the $3 more expensive wash. If you're going to walk a row of cars it's a good idea to know the customer doesn't have your menu memorized. Perhaps a nice laminated sheet or jump into 2015, walk the line with an iPad, collect customer data like email addresses and market to them while allowing them to select from a digital menu. You could even greet them by name if you had their license plate number. This place is so mismanaged I could go on and on. Oil change guy gets to cut the line. If you get an oil change your cars going into the wash next. You should mark with a cone that a car is ahead of the next one in so no one feels they are being slighted. After the wash, a team of Mexicans descend upon your vehicle wiping and opening but really just drying off. My dash is usually dusty and the head up display glass is always dirty. I just gave up asking and clean it myself. The center console is dirty and there is NO QUALITY CONTROL outside managing these people. When i pay, I generally don't have the coupon they gave me the last time. It would be nice to apply this electronically as well. My floor mats aren't installed properly, the seat is up near the steering wheel, it's a free for all and sad because it could be a gold mine. Now I'm home to get some windex and clean the interior properly. read more

Asked my brother in law if he knew of any oil change places nearby that were good. He said Major League was supposedly quite good. And he was right. $34 oil change and includes a car wash. Service was fast and the job was good. In and out in like 15 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Super convenient. Will be going here all the time now. read more

BUYER BEWARE! Drained my oil before agreeing on price, then used scare tactic to get me to buy higher grade oil, telling me "our system reports to CarFax, so they'll know you didn't use the recommended oil". Bait and switched, hijacked my car by removing oil, leaving me no choice but to complete transaction and then made zero attempt to make things rght after I told them I'd never come back. The service itself is pretty fast but other than that a rip off. Paid 20+ dollars for a package promising a full clean for your car, but it was completely average. I could've cleaned my car myself and done a better job. Save the money for another car wash. read more

No attention to detail. I have been here multiple times. Once I paid for a tire shine and they completely forgot to do it. Another time the outside of my car was still dirty when I left. That same time when I paid for a leather shampoo they didn't clean 2 of my doors or the dashboard. They didn't lift up my rugs to vacuum. Don't waste your money. read more

I've going here for years and they have really gone downhill. I tool my car there yesterday and it was still dirty when they "finished." The bird poop and tree sap were still there and the inside wasn't even wiped down. It's really not worth it to go here. Such a waste of money. read more

Got an oil change here. They print you out a page showing everything they "checked" and all the fluids they "topped off". Mine said the coolant was topped off and the tires were filled...I left with the same low tire pressure and coolant level I arrived with. Very overpriced too read more

I went here for an oil change. I know what kind of oil my car requires. I argued with the "mechanic" about what he felt my car needed in terms of oil. I know all they want is to charge me as much as possible. They see a female and assume I don't know what I need. Regardless I paid the $75 for the oil change, which includes a new filter, tire pressure check, fluid check... I left and on my way home I notice that my tire pressure is low and the light is still on! Clearly they made no effort to check the pressure and fill my tires with air even though the receipt claims they did. Now I have to go somewhere and get air in my tires. So frustrating. And the car wash... god forbid they make any effort in the interior. They don't even spray the surfaces to clean. I still had dirt on my doors and glovebox. read more

The WORST car wash around. If you would like to have your car, truck, SUV, whatever it may be cleaned and cleaned well, please stay away from this place! I recently went there just to get the outside washed on my SUV being there was a ton of salt build up on it. All in all, they ended up breaking my passenger side mirror right off of my truck, electrical connection & all! I still do not know how this could have happened, but the person they told me I had to contact was the owner & they gave me his cell phone number. When I called him he told me he was not the owner, just the manager and wanted to know how I got his cell phone number which was provided to me by one of the employees there. He was very nasty! This is the worst car wash on the planet. I spent $20 for the inside and outside to be cleaned. They did a terrible job vacuuming the floor mats and carpet. They didn't wipe down the dash and when I got home I had to wipe down the whole exterior again cause they spent all of 3 seconds drying it. I really want to go and get my money back. read more

WARNING!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I brought my 2003 Honda here for just an oil change. The mechanic kept harassing me to do my brakes that worked fine when I drove in. I said NO JUST CHANGE THE OIL! I did not authorize him to look at or touch the brakes, he said it needed brake booster at $300.00, I said NO,THANKS- JUST DO THE OIL CHANGE! 3 more times the guy harassed me and tried to scare me into doing my brakes...long story short-I had NO BRAKES when I drove home! Very scary! The brakes were fine when I got there, 15 minutes later I could barely stop the car! We took pictures of a wet brake line and brake fluid that leaked on the ground-I had to get a police report and I'm currently waiting to have a trusted mechanic investigate further. I could have been killed on the drive home and this is most likely happening to other customers-PLEASE DO NOT RISK YOUR LIFE...STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I called to speak to the owner and told him I made a police report because I feel my car was tampered with and they HUNG UP ON ME!!! read more

Please read this. I went there for an oil change. I have been there once so thought they were fine then. But not sure now. 5 minutes into working my car, the technician asked me to come over. They said that my car needs a transmission flush and motor oil flush. I asked why and they said that there was grease in my transmission. I asked the price and they said I will pay 79.99 and 49.99. When I asked how long, they said it will take 15/20 min. That was questionable. Should have been warned then. However they worked in my car for only 10 minutes. I.e for all 3 work - oil change and both the flush. They also charged me higher too. So please beware. Please go there at your own risk and don't agree to additional work suggested by their technicians. read more

Very dissatisfied with my car wash - took my car for a quick car wash and noticed that there was this spotty residue all over my car. Had to wash my car again to make sure that all of the wax and soap was off. Will not be returning to a place that overcharges and cannot do the job right, will stick with Belleville Hand Car Wash. read more

Unfortunately this car wash has gone downhill. I used to frequent this car wash but little by little the quality of wash isn't the same. I just took it then a couple of minutes ago and it seemed like nothing inside was vacuumed nor wipe clean even though I paid for that service. Clean facility and FAST. I was in and out in about 10 minutes for a regular exterior wash with several cars in front of me.

I went here a couple of times.. Just be sure you watch them drain your oil.. because the last time I went here I didn't even see him drain the oil.. he just replace my oil filter..I'm pretty sure less than 2 minutes talking to the cashier when I turn back and watch him he is already replacing my oil filter..The first time I watch them it wasnt that quick...And I saw him drain the oil..I was kinda upset my car wasnt running smooth like the last time.. read more

The quality of their car wash has been declining the last year or two. You might as well save a few dollars and just wait for it to rain because the quality of the exterior wash will be about the same. The interior clean was also terrible. They basically just moved the dust on my dashboard from one side of the dash to the other. I had to re-clean both the interior and exterior after I got home. Thanks for nothing. read more

I've been coming here years which is the reason why I continued to do so even after the horrible experience I had . I actually got a chance to see the manager today and I told him about my experience .. I got a car wash here and they did not clean anything and they broke my indoor car lights and my car mat as well . The manager just shrugged and said they are not responsible. I know for a fact they broke my light because before I left my car it was intact and as soon as I went into my car after the wash it was laying on the my floor broken . I was devastated . The oil changing guy always tries to rip me off and he actually tried to sell me a car piece which he in fact broke . I know this because I told him I would take the broken piece to my father who is a mechanic to see what exactly happened and he caved in and said that he would waive the fee and replace it himself . When I showed my dad the piece he told me that the only way that part would break is during an oil change . This is honestly the last time I'm coming here. The managers lack of empathy for my situation has confirmed my thoughts that I will not be returning . read more

Awesome place to got to went there for a oil change got a free car wash as well great deal for $30 ,the guys were very professional working on my car and very thorough,they didnt try to upsell me other services like other quick lubes this place rocks ,my wife went there as well and she is usually scared to go to these places,and the crew made her feel very welcomed ,she was very happy and now she doesnt mind taking the cars for services.This place is very clean and you can see exactly whats going on through the large bay windows in the office,also they carry quality oil and filters is what made me go there . read more

Mediocre as best. They use to do a good job but as they became popular they became complacent and no longer do the great job they once did. By the time you get home with your car it has all kinds of water spots because they did not dry it properly. read more
