Called back Friday evening and was told they didn't get a change and they would look at it tomorrow. Waited until the afternoon Saturday and called. I was told they wouldn't have a chance to look at it until Monday afternoon now. The reason was... they are short handed and cars keep coming in. So you're telling me you are servicing other cars that came in a day after mine, and can't look at mine for 3 days? Grabbed my keys and got out of there. Should have known not to go as years ago they dropped my Brother in laws truck off the lift and tried to cover it up. Only after threats of a lawsuit did they make it right: Avoid at all costs Edit: I will say, to be fair, the staff was friendly and courteous. The place just seems to be out of whack priority wise.

I went into the shop to let the cashier know that a black car cut in line in front of five others who had been waiting for hours. He shrugged and said he knew; they (supposedly) had been waiting inside (which makes absolutely no sense). There is no organization; people can cut without repercussions, and staff couldn't care less. I will never, ever be back. Update at 5:44 pm: the young man who just came to talk to me was super nice!
