Who breaks a guitar and begs to repair it 18 times? Just leave it alone after the first time you break it. I'm slowly repairing the guitar myself but there are visible cracks from the other times. Songs I used to play don't sound the same and I don't think they ever will. I wouldn't recommended bringing your guitar here.

We requested a post-construction deep clean on a newly renovated historic home while we were out of town. Communication was terrible to even set up the services, which should have been the first red flag. The owner took less than 2 hours to "clean" the whole entire, two story house, and he immediately requested the payment through several emails that same day. Then, when we arrived back the next day, the house was completely dirty. We specifically requested that all windows, surfaces, walls, baseboard etc be cleaned from the dust from the construction (we redid hardwoord floors etc.) and NOTHING was cleaned. There was dust, cobwebs and dirt everywhere (see pictures). I immediately took pictures and reached out to the owner, who never responded. I emailed him several times and tried to call but he NEVER responded to my concerns. I politely asked him to give me a refund due to lack of service but of course, he never replied. POOR customer service! You should never ignore an unhappy customer and at least try to find a resolution (e.g. offer another cleaning, give a portion of the money back, etc.) but once this person got his money he NEVER replied to any contact. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
