He was very communicative with me and even showed up before the time he quoted! Pricing was also fair as I have been gouged by mobile mechanics in the past (I get it, the convenience of them coming to my apartment is justified, but one time I got charged over $600 for a battery and its cables and another time the tech mouthed off to my apartment manager, which isn't what I paid him to do!). A couple others responded for the following week availability but Toni had an opening for the following day, Wednesday at a time slot that worked out for me (morning between 10a - 12p). He arrived the next day in the quoted timeslot and location (love that he was able to do it in my work's parking lot while I was at work.) The work was parts that he bought at the shop + $70 for the labor + mileage fee depending on how far he has to drive for the parts, and was finished by 1230pm. Before the transaction ended, he discovered my car had a little oil leak. Normally that's another charge by most mechanics but Tino saw it was a simple fix by just connecting it and tightening the clamp. All in all would definitely use him again and would recommend.

He did seem like he lacked some experience so perhaps that would be it. Overall if the job is not hard and complicated, I do believe he will do right. Other than that, something more complicated I think he will have some difficulty on but he is a mobile mechanic so obviously he won't have all the right tools.

In fact, when the mechanic showed up, he made it clear that he doesn't know much about hub motors, but that someone would walk him through it. He was not only unable to fix it, but he left it worse than it was. When I ask to have a qualified mechanic for my type of electric scooter to come back out and at least get it to where it was before the first mechanic touched it., Jordan said he would not do that nor would he give me a refund. I might as well have taken $200 ripped it to shreds and flushed it down the toilet. In fact, I would feel better about doing that than knowing this jerk took my money. When I told him he should've sent someone qualified for the job, he told me I was crazy and that's how mechanics learn. So basically, I paid $200 for a mechanic that knew nothing about my type of vehicle... so he could have a little more experience. What a joke! The mechanic told me he removed the entire motor hub and then put it back on. When I told Jordan, that after his mechanic left., my machine is completely dead, and I can't even get a battery reading. He claimed it was not their fault because the mechanic did not remove one single bolt. So how do I know who's lying? As far as I'm concerned, this guy is a complete thief and a liar!!! My feeling is that because I'm a woman he saw an easy target to steal from. After I told him I would be going to the BBB and also using social media he started taunting me by texting me each day, asking how my search was going as if he is finding pleasure in what he has done. Sick! I have plenty of correspondence between me and this thief as well as the mechanic to back up everything I've said. Just had Riza come and diagnose an overheating 2015 Kia Sedona and remarkably solved the issue…read morefaster than I've ever seen. I thought I had maybe a head gasket go bad, thermostat or internal radiator clog...none of the above. I was actually the cooling fan module resistor. It had gotten hot and melted the housing a bit. I found only one in the entire Vegas area, and he was kind enough to go get it from the dealership. He came back and in 5 min had it put in and checked to see if that solved the problem, and presto! Riza is a true hero and knows what the hell he's doing! Thanks amigo, you were a life saver today!!!
