She very defensively and rudely stated that she has never received calls or emails from me and then stated "We can argue about this for the next 5 hours but what can I do for you now"!!!!!!! I then stated that I did not feel she was open for discussion at this time. She then proceeded to hang up on me!!!!!! What kind of unstable, unprofessional agent is she.
