Some thing I really love is that the lighting inside the studio is a lot better than other studios I have seen or tried. You can really work with it and pretty much any angle you go from has great lighting. Tip, if you reserved the seamless backdrop paper, make sure you know how to set those things up! It definitely takes time and you want to go in knowing what to do instead of wasting the time that you have reserved trying to figure it out. It's pretty simple but definitely took me at least 15 minutes to figure out and set up. Cleanliness : The floor is pretty dirty and you can almost guarantee getting black sea and dirty pants if you're sitting on the ground. Otherwise it's decently clean and there is a really nice bathroom you can use if need be. She also has Wi-Fi, coffee coffee station, and more. I love how much she has to offer in terms of props, really helps make the session fun. Rates : One hour session is $60, 2 hour session is $110, 3 hour session $160, and so on. You can also add on an extra 30 minutes for $25 if you want. There is a fee if you cancel, and you will not get a full refund, but if you reschedule you can do so without any fee. There is also a fee if you are there even 10 minutes after you're supposed to be gone, so make sure you are watching the clock!

She did great with lash extensions, but when I got my eyebrows done, my first threading was SO RED…read morethat I looked like a freak! My husband was embarrased to be seen with me. Lois was the one who suggested that I needed to have my eyebrows done. When I went back after the red fiasco, she decided to correct it by doing some darker shading. I liked the new color, but the pain and bleeding were unexpectedly severe. I'm fairly tolerant of pain (even sutured my own laceration with no anesthesia) and I had eyeliner tattoos done twice and tolerated it very well. However, this was out of proportion to what I would have expected. I understand that it was as frustrating for Lois as much as it was for me, but I bled so much, and she said she couldn't use any more topical anesthetic for the pain. She treated me like it was my fault, and glared at me when I gave her my payment. She wouldn't even take my check until I left a tip, and I'd always tipped before that. My new esthetician noticed the stippling scars on my eyebrows, and said that Lois went too deep. Please understand that I recognize Lois as a master in her craft in eyelash extensions. I know that she now has a school to teach eyelash extensions, and I'm sure she's very good at that. However, after my eyebrow experience, I would never go back.
