She did mine and my wife's make-up for our wedding celebration two weeks ago. Our guests were wowed by our looks and we felt like celebrities. From the moment my wife had her trial appointment with her, she had us completely sold. Even me! I am absolutely a no make-up girl, I somehow couldn't get over a traumatic make up job years ago, the kind that made me stay away from the cosmetics aisle at department stores. I couldn't imagine getting another pancake, clown make-up experience. But Jeannie changed all that. First, when we met Jeannie, she was so sweet. We instantly chatted up like old friends. Also, her space in West LA is so cozy, clean and pretty. I felt like moving in. Her style is natural and fresh. She makes you look a better version of you. Not the kind where people don't recognize you anymore. And that's what we really liked about her. My wife asked her to use air brush and Jeannie was a pro with it. Jeannie was also honest but not brutal. She politely brought up the issue of facial hair; those minute hairs all over your face you hardly notice but get in the way between your skin and the make-up. When she brought it up, she did it in a way where we didn't take offense at all. In fact, we signed up for a full face threading days before the wedding. It was worth it. Jeannie was very gentle and she made us feel comfortable. On the day of our wedding, she came on time to the hotel room and she went right to work.
