The salon is not quite finished with some interior upgrades but it was clean and the staff was friendly. The employee who sat at the front desk never asked me who I was waiting to see but maybe that's just the way they do it there? I feel like my nails are still looking "fresh". The appointment process on their website was so easy and I actually prefer this method. I absolutely hate making phone calls. When you make an appt, you'd get reminder emails and texts which is super helpful. Also worth mentioning: I had to prepay for my service when I booked the appt. I didn't mind doing this. I just ended up getting cash for tip for the day of. The location is fairly easy to find with GPS even though I drove past it and has to make a u-turn but that was my fault for not paying attention. The salon is located downstairs.

You need to be licensed to do this kind of work because it can lead to really painful damages and I have a hard time believing that nail tech had any license.
